  The service man was great to have. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable on my home appliance. He was able to answer all our questions without hesitation and explained them in detail so we were able to understand the workings of the appliance. I recommend Maple Leaf. Also He did show up on the time with the given time frame and gave us a 15 min " Heads Up"

  We had a problem with error message on Bosch Dishwasher. The technician explained the problem thoroughly and provided a cost effective resolution. He was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. We will use these folks aain when the need arises

  Technician showed up in the correct time window. Visit was quick as he assessed the problem within a few minutes. At first he didnt believe my wife as the stove worked when he turned it on, but eventually saw what the issue was (I wasn't present). The repair quote came in quickly, but this specific repair costs too much, not sure if it the pen was heavy or justified. We decided to buy a new stove instead

  I was able to get a technician come in immediately when I called to get my dryer fixed. Tyler the technician was so patient to explain what the problem was and fixed my machine in a very short time. He had a very good positive attitude which really rubbed off in a good way

  The company was on time and quick to fix the problem, however not much was stated during the process except at the end when he presented me with a 500 dollar bill( yes almost the cost of a new dryer) I really believed I would have gone the route of a new one had he conversed with me before just fixing it. Lesson learned

  Your repair man, Pat, came to repair our old Kenmore stove. The Oven was not heating up consistently or reaching the preset temperature. It also registered an F30 code intermittently. He checked every aspect of electrical circuitry including the main board. He also checked the oven temperature at various settings and found it to be as we had experienced, being anywhere from 30 to 50 degrees below the required baking temperature. His advice to us was excellent regarding alternatives i.e. installing a new board, if if it was even available, into an old stove. He also advised on purchasing various makes of new stoves and where they are available, including good warranty protection. This information was invaluable since we will definitely be purchasing soon. Even though Pat was not able to fix our stove issue, he made every effort to do so, and offered good advice on purchasing the next one

  Did not know I had to be available to answer the phone and confirm I would be at home. So missed the original booking but was able to have the repair done the next day. You need to let customers know that they will be required to confirm via a phone call that they or someone is at their location to let the technician in and do the work. I figure once the appointment was confirmed you just wait for the technician to come.

  was excellent and super quick, outlined what was wrong with my Whirlpool washer-dryer combo in detail, and the costs to repair. He was efficient and had a great disposition. He also made it very clear regarding warranty work and time of warranty. Was the best service call I have ever made with a perfect repair and outcome. If you need an appliance repaired I would definitely use this service and in particular Yuriy.

  Let me know from the very beginning if the refrigerator could be repaired and what the approximate cost would be. When he had finished the work the invoice was what I had been quoted. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to call if needed

  Best refrigerator technician we have ever had - and we have had! Very knowledgeable and pleasant fellow and he even caught a leak in the water line we didn’t know existed. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service and reasonable prices too.
