  Did not know I had to be available to answer the phone and confirm I would be at home. So missed the orginial booking but was able to have the repair done the next day. You need to let customers know that they will be required to confirm via a phone call that they or someone is at their location to let the technician in and do the work. I figures once the appointment was confirmed you just wait for the technician to come.

  "Yuriy diagnosed the problem immediately. It was the mother board. I had bought a new part (which was the wrong one unfortunately) so he explained the part he had to get for me. He showed me thoroughly on his phone the actual part number. All costs were explained in detail."

  Are tech (Yuri) was fantastic. The response from the office staff not great. I left several messages inquiring about my parts and no one ever phoned me back! But our tech saved the day.

  The service man was very good and explaining everything to me that he was doing and showed me what wasn't working. Then when he fixed my washer machine he showed me how it was working properly and told me about cleaning out my washer and dryer a couple times a year. Have used them before and will be using them if need be again!

  "The first time i hired him was for my broken washing machine than after contacting and paying for another repair company who could not even diagnose what was wrong with my dishwasher, I reached back out to him and he did not disappoint.
