  My washer stopped emptying the water and so I called Maple. Vlad helped me understand what is most likely the problem and the cost associated with it. Alex came and confirmed it to be the case, then repair it in a timely manner. Really happy with the service from Maple

  Roman came in within 3 hours after my initial call on Saturday morning (Although I want even expecting someone before Monday) He did the diagnostic and told me I needed the belt replaced, I agreed and 45 minutes later I had a dryer as good as new. Keep up the good work guys!

  I had Alex to help me with my dishwasher, but a couple of days later the problem returned. I called the office and they responded immediately and sent Alex back with no extra charge. Alex apologized and explained why these type of things could happened. He then repaired the dishwasher and since then its been working perfectly fine. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf appliance repair to everyone who is looking for a high quality, professional service

  Special thanks to Vlad who solved the problem with my washer over the phone. My LG washer was locked and I couldn't open the door to take the clothes out. When I called in, Vlad told me to flip the breaker, as sometimes there is some sort of a glitch with the computer. I did so and the problem was solved!! Thanks a lot

  I called to get my dishwasher repaired as it wasn't draining out the water at the end of the cycle. When the technician came, he explained the cause of the problem and what would be the repair cost, before he started. After the repair was done he advise on what to do to prevent this from happening in the future. Great service!

  Maple sent a technician who couldn't repair my LG washer, I was extremely amazed when the technician just left without charging me anything, I thought it was a mistake but after calling the office to clarify, I was explained that this is Maple leaf's policy to not charge if they couldn't repair the problem. I wish we had more companies like Maple... Thank you kindly for such a great experience. Boyd

  Vlad, the guy who answered the phone when I called, asked me a bunch of questions about my fridge and was then able to understand the problem and advise me to purchase a new fridge instead of spending thousands of dollars on the repair. What a honest advise that saved me lots of money, Thank you Vlad for your help!

  Had a Samsung dryer with no heat. Called maple leaf in the morning and by the end of the day had my dryer as good as knew! Great job, although I had to pay for it over $300, but I guess thats the price for a good service these days. Cheers, Justin
