  This is the second time I’ve used Maple Leaf Appliances to service my Blomberg appliances. First my dryer and then my dishwasher. The team members are always friendly and respectful of my home. Would highly recommend!

  Overall a medium experience , the specialist came 1 hour later than promised. He identified that the problem was a faulty motor and tried to sell me his 2nd hand washing machines. After that he promised me to tell me the price of the motor tomorrow morning. My wife had to leave a voicemail at 15h30 pm in order to get a call back

  Better than expected, I was afraid it will cost me a lot with parts and repairs but the guy was very professional, he made just small adjustments and lot of suggestions about how to use the laundry machine properly. Price was fair.

  The service man was great to have. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable on my home appliance.   I live in Vancouver and needed some quick service for my dryer in my unit in Calgary that I rent out. Maple Leaf was able to come on short notice and fix the problem, communicated what happened and suggested what to do to avoid future problems. They showed up on time and ensured there was as little downtime for my tenant as possible

  I had a repairman come over to fix my dryer. He was very nice and repaired the dryer, in part . Unfortunately, after investigation a new sensor was needed and once the sensor was installed more diagnostic tests were run and showed that a new motherboard is also required in order for all dryer programs to work. The service was good but it’s going to be super expensive get everything fixed

  The company was on time and quick to fix the problem, however not much was stated during the process except at the end when he presented me with a 500 dollar bill( yes almost the cost of a new dryer) I really believed I would have gone the route of a new one had he conversed with me before just fixing it.   Your repair man, Pat, came to repair our old Kenmore stove. The Oven was not heating up consistently or reaching the preset temperature. It also registered an F30 code intermittently. He checked every aspect of electrical circuitry including the main board. He also checked the oven temperature at various settings and found it to be as we had experienced, being anywhere from 30 to 50 degrees below the required baking temperature. His advice to us was excellent regarding alternatives i.e. installing a new board, if if it was even available, into an old stove. He also advised on purchasing various makes of new stoves and where they are available, including good warranty protection. This information was invaluable since we will definitely be purchasing soon. Even though Pat was not able to fix our stove issue, he made every effort to do so, and offered good advice on purchasing the next one

  Technician showed up in the correct time window. Visit was quick as he assessed the problem within a few minutes. At first he didnt believe my wife as the stove worked when he turned it on, but eventually saw what the issue was (I wasn't present). The repair quote came in quickly, but this specific repair costs too much, not sure if it the pen was heavy or justified. We decided to buy a new stove instead

  Let me know from the very beginning if the refrigerator could be repaired and what the approximate cost would be. When he had finished the work the invoice was what I had been quoted. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to call if needed

  was excellent and super quick, outlined what was wrong with my Whirlpool washer-dryer combo in detail, and the costs to repair. He was efficient and had a great disposition. He also made it very clear regarding warranty work and time of warranty. Was the best service call I have ever made with a perfect repair and outcome. If you need an appliance repaired I would definitely use this service and in particular Yuriy.

  Did not know I had to be available to answer the phone and confirm I would be at home. So missed the original booking but was able to have the repair done the next day. You need to let customers know that they will be required to confirm via a phone call that they or someone is at their location to let the technician in and do the work. I figure once the appointment was confirmed you just wait for the technician to come.
