  Best refrigerator technician we have ever had - and we have had! Very knowledgeable and pleasant fellow and he even caught a leak in the water line we didn't know existed. 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service and reasonable prices too.

  Friendly, personable and very thorough work. Dismantled the dryer to determine the cause of problem and reassembled. Our dryer is functioning again for now but a new motor is recommended, hence, a new dryer. Thanks very much for your proficiency and advice. Much appreciated.

  It was an easy, fantastic experience from beginning to end. I submitted the online form and got a call back in 15 minutes. The person on the other end was friendly and personable ( sorry, I forget their name), they explained the process and costs and asked to book the appointment, which they could do same day! I took the next day. Eli was great and had our issue diagnosed quickly with a quick fix. The people are fantastic, top notch customer experience and we will not deal with any other company from now on! Maple Leaf Appliance is the only choice.

  Your technician was unable to fix the thermostat on my refrigerator due to lack of parts. It cost me $126, despite the claim on your website that if you couldn't repair there would be no charge.

  I have a roommate who likes to take over. Technician was very good handling him This man had no authority as I am the house owner and paid the service charge. Technician was very polite snd professional in dealing with both myself and the “cling-on”. Thank you !!

  Dishwasher still holding water after 2 attempts. $250 labour for “vacuuming” that has not worked is a bit ridiculous. Tech is very stand-off ish and hard to communicate with. Will not recommend.

  My wife and I are both blown away by the friendliness and high quality service we received today by our technician Yuriy. Not only was he very personable and knowledgeable but he also took the time to explain our problem quite thoroughly. He also showed us what caused the issue and recommended brands to steer clear off. We would highly recommend Yuriy and Maple Leaf Appliance Repair to anyone and will definitely be requesting Yuriy again should the need arise. Outstanding service - Yuriy was awesome!!

  The service man put in a new thermostat and charged us 315.00 then he called to tell us it wasn't the thermostat that it was the panel and that would costed us another 250..00dollars!! We are seniors and I really think 250..00 for labor is a rip off Very disappointed,
