Verified reviewCalled 15 min before arriving which was helpful given a 3 hour window to help assess our washer. The technician came prepared with a tab that is used to clean mold from the inside drum and assessed that it was a common issue. They suggested a full drum would be much more costly than trying this cleaning tabs first, which seems to have worked. Because it was such a quick visit he also offered to look at our dishwasher that we have been having issues with. Note to check how youd like to pay as there is a 3% charge for credit card.
