I was very happy that someone was sent out within 24 hours of my request. Slava was professional, took care to explain the issue, and followed up with me the next day to confirm the availability of the replacement part. Unfortunately it wasn't available so I will have to replace the appliance after all.

Such a professional company. I had called a few that advertised same day service but couldn’t follow through. Maple Leaf Appliance Repair were true to their advertising of same day service. The young gentleman who came for the repair was so efficient in determining and fixing the problem and was so nice to deal with. Thank you so much for such great service. I will not hesitate to use this company again.
