  The stitching is accurate, and the products are of good quality. Customer service is responsive. The saree I picked was not available so they immediately gave options with similar colors. I would purchase it again, though I wish they offered more collections for boys.

  Delighted with the custom fit. I have a problem getting clothes to fit properly because I have a small frame with curviness and little waist. The Anarkali dress fits well, a little loose on the waist, but that was something I had to allow for to get it to slide over my head and upper body. I will be making further purchases.

  The website is quite easy to use if one is confident using the internet i think only downside is not all the clothing have videos attached to see the drape of the clothes in motion . The delivery is between. 2 weeks as one must remember that the articles purchased are made to measure and after completion of the article it takes 3/4 days to deliver. price range is good. communication is easy via email and whatsapp and response is received within hours.

  Really good service, received my order quickly. The only reason I didn’t award top stars is because this dress is slightly tighter on the arms. My other dress which is the same size and similar material was okay. Other than that, happy and I will order from here again.

  I would order from Andaaz again. Their price for the lehenga I wanted was significantly higher than on other sites, but they were the only one that said they could ship to me in the timeframe I needed. They did, in fact, deliver exactly on the day they said they would, the day before I left the country for my event! The lehenga is truly beautiful and well-made. The reason I give four stars instead of five, however, is that the choli is extremely small and tight. I selected my measurement, I wasn’t expecting it to be sewn at exactly that inch with absolutely no wiggle room. I spent hours that evening trying to let it out a little on the sides at least so I could still wear it. In the future, I will probably select at least one or two sizes up from my actual measurement for the choli. Everything else was perfect.

  Terrible. I ordered an outfit and the color was completely different from what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, I was not given it. I was told the outfit is “slightly different” cause of the lighting on the website. The outfit was completely different. I will never order from this website again. Horrible customer service. Also when I made the order originally my credit card got charged and I was told my payment didn’t go through and that I would have to pay again, essentially pay twice. Terrible website, terrible customer service.

  I had to place a last minute rush order with Andaaz for a wedding because the previous retailer I had ordered from couldn't deliver the outfit to me on time. Andaaz staff were very accommodating and reassured me multiple times that the order would be delivered on time. They were quick to respond and were patient with me in answering all my queries. The order was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date which I was really grateful for. All in all, I had a brilliant experience shopping with Andaaz and I would definitely shop here again next time!

  Ordered 5 bridesmaid outfits and this was and still is a bad experience. 2 outfits were ordered to another address and 3 sent to mine. The order got mixed up and i had to drive 60 miles to exchange the outfits between addresses. 1 of the outfit was incorrect and they duplicated one of the sizes. It is a whole month of dresses arriving and I'm yet to have the issue sorted. I was only offered 15% refund for 1 outfit which is appalling. I have had no email communication since i sent proof of postage last week that i had returned the wrong outfit to them, so now im out of pocket again for that. Never ordering again.

  The customer service was excellent from my initial enquiry. We had to provide detailed measurements and they immediately spotted a mistake I had made and allowed me to check it. Both items arrived in good time. When the blouse arrived it was slightly too tight but they responded immediately giving me several options on how to remedy the situation.

  I loved my outfit. I didn't get the right sizing however even when I put the correct information in the sizing chart. It was too big. This was done because I had it tailored to fit me perfectly. Great design and material. Just be careful on the size of you don't want to get it tailored later.

  Generally good service, website has lots of options and you can adjust height even for "ready to wear" which is very helpful if you are short like me! The dress took longer to dispatch than the listed time on the website and they did not reach out to me on their own when it was late, but after I reached out to them they assured me the dress was in final stages and would be here before the date of the event.

  Would not recommend this retailer at all. Never received one item - it was delivered to the wrong address and even after contacting them several times nothing. Another item was badly marked and the best they would offer was a 25% discount after much disagreement. They were offering to send another item out but it wouldn’t have reached me in time for when I needed it, but they struggled to understand that issue. Very poor service and quality of clothes not very good.

  Overall, I am happy with my shopping experience with Andaaz. The customer service was communicative about any potential delays in my order and luckily my outfits came in time for my events. They were true to the website sizing which is not always the case with international websites. One of my outfits had a very bad odor due to some sort of net material used to shape the lehenga skirt. I had to remove it and wash the skirt a few times to get rid of the smell. My other outfit was perfect and didn’t have this issue at all. I am still likely to shop here again!

  I am very disappointed with the service from Andaaz. I placed an order for two items which I intended to wear at a wedding on two functions. The delivery was promised for the week before the wedding, but I received the shipment after one of the functions I had to attend was over. And that too after following up with them at least twice, and reminding them of the latest date I needed the dresses. the dresses also need to be ironed and or steam ironed as they have arrived in a crumpled state.

  Didn’t have the right fabric for the dress I ordered, but offered a variety of dresses to replace it and shipped the new one I selected to me quickly to receive it by the original delivery date (in time for the event I was hoping to have it for). Also reached out to make sure I knew that the measurement I had entered for another item was the garment measurement not chest measurement, with garment measurement recommended to be larger if that is the chest measurement. We made the switch, and it fit well when it arrived. Great customer service, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the website was a little confusing for sizes and had a dress listed that wasn’t actually available.

  The item received is not like that pictured and is poor quality. I requested to return it and your customer service is telling me to take it to a tailor and they will pay for a part of the bill. Your website says returns can be made so I don’t know what the issue is now and why they’re making the return difficult. Will not do business with you again.

I on the offset informed you that it has to be here by the 9th July..Plenty of time to tell me if you could honour the commitment or not. You kept me hanging on then finally decided to send it on the 13th July expecting it to be here for the 15th July. That was never going to happen.   First of all, I did confirm before I placed an order for everything to arrive on a specific date. All the items came one day before and one item came say of my engagement. I payed double the price for all outfits as it was DYI. Unfortunately for what I paid for the outfits are very cheap material and blouses made for two sarees are very ugly looking. One saree of my mom, she cannot even wear because it came the day of the function. Everything was just a mess as I relied on these outfits for my engagement.   Unfortunately, the suit i ordered was not what I received. I ordered grey suit and received a lilac colour suit. I was never contacted or informed of the colour change at any time as if I had i would have cancelled the order. I required a grey suit for a specific occasion and will now have to buy another suit. This is an expensive mistake which could have been resolved if you had contacted me about the colur change. The colur is stated clear in the suit description.

  ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered in advance. I was assured MULTIPLE times that my item would be here BEFORE the occasion date. I placed my order and thought, "wow, they are really helpful and seem productive!". I couldn't be more wrong. It's all just to get you to place an order that they will not fulfil! They seemed to be good in getting the correct measurements. However, if you want the item, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I chased up my order multiple times and they kept assuring me it will be here on time. As the occaison date drew closer, I even asked if we can expedite the process and If even pay extra. They said they would let me know if this were possible— they didn't. As the dispatch date drew closer, I asked for confirmation that the item would be dispatched then. They said, yes. It will be dispatched then. The day passed and I asked for confirmation my item was dispatched yesterday. I'm just worried because the event is literally in a few days! I asked for a delivery tracking number I can follow. They ignored me. I gave it 2 days to be patient before asking for an update. They finally responded saying "Your order is in the final stage of processing and it will be dispatched from our end very soon, and once the order is dispatched from our end, we will share the tracking details with you." I reminded them I needed it the next day as we agreed it would be here by then! They later messaged saying: "I apologise but delivery by tomorrow will not be possible." They are unable to give me the exact dispatch date, saying I need to wait another 24hours just to be able to hear when it will be dispatched. Not only do I not have an outfit for the occaison, I LOST MY MONEY, it WON'T COME even a week later. Long story short, whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. The negative reviews are correct. I lost so much money and I don't even have an outfit to wear. 😭 Update: When I finally got my items, it was not silk as it says on the description. Plus the measurements were uncomfortable. Please save your money and don't order from here.

  Honestly I was so hesitant on purchasing an Asian dress from online because of how the quality of the dress would be or the actual outfit being completely different from what is shown on the website … but boy was I wrong!!! The outfit the material the whole look is so beautiful! I don’t think I felt so good in a dress! My dress was a little big but no worries the customer service I received was amazing! Good communication with the service team and my tiny issue was resolved! So respectful. Definitely will be purchasing again!

  It was my first time ordering from Andaaz, I was a little reluctant at first but the team were so professional with their constant emailing regarding sizing and cutting etc my dresses are unbelievable and fit me like a glove. For us bigger Asian girls there’s not really a lot of options in shops but I will actually feel Beautiful in an outfit after a long time. Thank you for your service. The only bit of criticism I have is one of my dresses colour is slightly off colour, in the photo it’s more gold but it looks more rose gold in real life but nevertheless I am more than happy with my purchase. I will definitely be ordering again and I have told my entire family about Andaaz.

  i came across the andaz website online and as a first time shopper for indian clothing online i was fairly nervous. The customer service team was polite, responds in good time and paid attention to all the details and measurements for the custom kurti i wanted tailored. In a period of about 5-7 days from placing the order, i received the 4 kurtis - and the fit, design and material was absolutely superb. definately recommend andaz

  Please do not buy anything from this company. As they do not help when you are trying to get a refund. They keep saying someone will get back to you in next 24 hours and 7 days go by without nothing being resolved. It's almost a non refundable site no matter how much you spend. Please don't fall into this trap like I have and lost £246

  I am totally dissatisfied by Andaaz fashion's response to them having sent me clothes with a large stain on the sleeve! They've advised me to get the item dry cleaned and they will partially compensate me for this dry cleaning cost once I send them the receipt! Shocking! I want to return the item and I want a refund. I will not shop with them again and recommend avoiding them.
