  It was very good customer service. i liked the material the only problem i had was that it was tight from the sleeves, despite me telling them to keep two cm space more from the measurement provide. It came within two weeks as garneted. .

  VERY DISAPPOINTED. The embroidery is nothing like the photos advertised and looked tacky and cheap. The colour and fabric is cheaper and not the colour I specified. The fitting is unwearable, even tho I had advised them of sizing and previous issues. They copy outfits they advertise with consideration variations but do not consult the client. Yet promise to make it the same. They charged £70 extra for an awful small patch of embroidery on the back and that's in the wrong place! Customer service is good until you complain, then you hear nothing. Never buying from them again.

  I purchased an outfit last minute due to a previously failed purchase with another retailer. Customer service stayed in contact with me daily to make sure that I received this outfit on time before my event. They were absolutely amazing and very understanding! And I received the outfit in time for the event! I definitely recommend!

  FANTASTIC. my delivery did not come on time despite requesting i needed it urgently however, the quality and fit of the garment is PERFECT.   Absolutely appalling communication, not delivered in according to proposed delivery time, redirected to new address to enable me to receive for a wedding event as chosen outfit and they redirected it without telling me so I didn’t have an outfit as they promised. Absolutely awful service. And now saying a refund will not be provided, just a credit .

  I bought a dress for a wedding i had to go to and i was promised it would arrive before the wedding. They LIED to me just to grab my money because i am still waiting for the dress. They kept forcing me to accept the parcel (if it even arrives!) And when i told themi didnt want the dress they would suddenly stop speaking on the phone or not reply to my messages.   My outfit was beautiful and very comfortable! An auntie even took my photo because she had never seen a style like it and loved it! The top was a little big, however it was not an issue for wearing it. I will know next time to plan accordingly and get it custom sized. It was easy to shop and shipped quickly.   I did not get the item I ordered as it would take 2-3 weeks to make and deliver and I had a wedding in 5 days time. Requested a refund but the Andaaz team proposed some replacement designs. I chose onveranderd received it the day before the wedding. Andaaz is very helpful but they could really change their courier. I was on tenterhooks the whole time as UBX only states ‘in transit’ on their website. That’s the only negative part about the experience

  The trouser suit I ordered was supposed to be dispatched on 7th June but didn't arrive until the 20th. I had paid extra to guarantee delivery within 2 days of dispatch. And it is categorically not made of silk. It is made entirely of unpleasant, synthetic material. If I had any hope that my purchase would be refunded, I would return it immediately but I cannot trust the company to honour their returns agreement.

  Not happy about the experience at all. First of all, their refund policy is that you t tell them within 4 days of receipt. This information is hidden in small print on their returns page about a third of the way down! They appear to be a company based on the UK and yet asked me to send the clothes back to New Delhi! I was initially told I will not be entitled to a refund and then when I checked and quoted my statutory rights and also requested a chargeback from Paypal- they differently backed down. They also seemed to argue about why I wish to return the goods, wanting pictures of the fit. My son was not in the UK and hence I was unable to do this. All in all, this is a very off putting experience. I will never use this company again! Frankly speaking, a very stressful experience and not one I ever wish to repeat!

  A bit disappointed as it is just too large and shapeless from the shoulder down to waist. The zip is large and protruding in the front. Had to take it to a tailor to take it in to bring shape. The scarf is beautiful but has a smell of recycled materials.

  If getting an order on time is important for you, go somewhere else. And do not expect them to have most of the items they show on their website. When you realize that, and you try to cancel the order, they won’t let you. They will push other items on to you, and when you decline, they will promise to send your preferred item on time, guarantee it. Which will not happen. No apology, just more spiel about letting the concerned department know. You will get the item at some point, that is why I gave 2 stars. It would have been a good business, if they really had all the beautiful items they show on the site.

  I found the site to be easy to use. The ordering of the item was also easy to understand and the measurement guide was very helpful. I needed to contact customer services, spoke to a gentleman called Khushal, who could not of been more helpful, following up my query with an email as well.   I was extremely pleased with the service from Andaaz. I chose an outfit for a wedding and needed it quickly. I was assured that my deadline was not a problem. I was asked to provide a number of measurements, which I sent quickly. I received a response asking me to double-check some of the measurements as they didn't seem right. I really felt like the people I was dealing with were absolutely keen to ensure the outfit fitted perfectly. The communications I received were always so very polite and kind. One of the ladies I dealt with was concerned that the outfit I chose wasn't perhaps suited to a wedding and she made suggestions in the same price range. I chose a different outfit, and I was glad I took er advice and did this. The outfit arrived a few days later, it was beautiful and fitted perfectly. I had many compliments on the wedding day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. All the people I dealt with were, polite, courteous and couldn't have been more helpful.   Do not order from this company!! I ordered the dupatta sari, where what i received was different to what was sent to me!!..the material was completely different, was unable to even get the dupatta to drape as it was velvet!! The response i got from the company email was totally unacceptable!! Refused to refund me, even though they admitted that the product ordered was not the same as what was delivered!! Would not recommend this company..their customer service skills and aftercare is totally unproffessional. Will be taking this further.

  Outfit came quickly - just over 2 weeks. I was apprehensive about ordering, after seeing mixed reviews but I had no issues. The team were really good in making sure they had my correct measurements. The outfit came and I was surprised. The quality is amazing and professionally stitched. The only reason I gave. a 4 star was because the fabric embroidery differs from the description given but it is still nice. I would still order again from them with the knowledge there will be some differences.

  Andaaz fashions has been the most disappointing online shopping. The amount of time they wasted on getting my saree ready - only to tell me the day before it was due to arrive that they are unable to provide me with my saree had me infuriated. They then continued to send me alternative designs, which I had to choose from. The alternative gas just arrived and the material is not matching the quality of material I chose even if the design is different. They all said they would send me matching earrings as a compensation as an apology. These have not been sent. They have not sent me any any information in my pack so I can return back. Absolutely rubbish company - total time and money waste.

  They will say whatever to take your money. I wanted a ready sized item so that it would ship on time for a wedding. They made me choose custom sized dress with measurements. After weeks of waiting they told me that the dress could not be made and sent me other designs that were not what I wanted. I basically had to choose a design I didn’t even like, only for the dress to not come in time for the wedding! I’m so disappointed in the customer service and quality of product. Never again will I order!

  The website had a very misleading timeline for receiving the product and I only got it one day before I needed it for a wedding. While it was easy to communicate with the company about the problem, there were no real solutions offered and I was only very lucky to get it in time. It could just as easily arrived one day later and ruined the wedding for me. So the communication was decent but the delivery time was a big disappointment. The product, however, was really beautiful upon receipt and I am happy with it.

  The service I received was absolutely rubbish. Ordered an outfit for my brothers wedding on 15th May which never arrived . After many phone called and messages someone decided to answer my call on 14th May to say the outfit is not ready and I will not have it. I asked are you joking all I got was as soon as it’s ready you will have it. I said what should I do with an outfit if I don’t get it in time as you promised. I was left with no outfit for my own brothers wedding. I felt disgusted. Especially as no one was sorry or bothered. All they kept saying is you will get it when it’s ready. Then they said I will get it before the 21 and guess what that never happened. They also promised to give me a 20%refund of the full cost of the outfit and also matching earrings with the outfit that again never happened. This was my worst experience in my life.
