  Deceptive marketing. The website uses designer outfit picture but what customers recieve is vcheap replica of the same outfit. They use a very low quality material ,color is totally off and horrible stitching. Don't waste you money on this website.

  The quality of the clothes are good but the return steps for items that don’t fit as well is very hard and long drawn out. I am still trying to find out the way to return 2 items and what should be a simple process to send back seems to involve a lot of emailing back and forth

  The site is easy to navigate although every time I looked at my favourites, the price kept going up. I received my order about 4 weeks after payment. I was very disappointed with the finished product. I wish I could add the product photo compared to the one I received. I may wear it but I hope to find another item somewhere else.. I feel I have wasted a lot of money.

  I needed an outfit for an event and had no idea what to order. As a plus size woman I was afraid that something off the rack wouldn’t fit so I opted for the custom made garment. The sizing instructions were so easy to follow and when I didn’t measure incorrectly they contacted me immediately to have me remeasure. I was afraid my order wouldn’t arrive in time due to my delayed response to the question on measurements but I was pleasantly surprised when the order was delivered with time to spare. I quickly opened my package and tried it on and let me tell you, it fit PERFECTLY! I am so in love with my outfit and had so many comments at the wedding. If you are hesitant…don’t be, Andaaz will make the process so easy and you will be thrilled with the results. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!

  Excellent company. Very patient and caring in ensuring the correct sizes were used. I'm a white English female, with little knowledge os Asian clothing, so choosing to use an Internet shop was a little daunting for a custom made outfit. But the seller was excellent the item arrived ontime and fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and use again.

La livraison est très rapide après l'envoi et quand ça arrive sur le territoire de destination entre 3-5 jours , il faut payer le frais de douane, j'ai tjrs payé en dessous de 10€ donc c'est largement abordable.   Order was delivered timely and the quality exceeded expectations. However, access to my account on their website was not consistently available. About 50% of the time, my login credentials were rejected so I would try again in a day or two and they would work fine. Not sure what the issue was there. Additionally, I never received notice from Andaaz that my order was shipped. I would receive notifications from the carrier after they shipped the order. Regardless, I would still order from Andaaz in the future!

  Very poor service and product not arrived as described. Made order and spoke to someone via WhatsApp who assured me that it would be delivered within 5-7 working days. A few weeks later and nothing so contacted them and they told me that it was still being made!! Was assured again it would be delivered in a few weeks max. Again nothing arrived and I had to contact them again and they told me again that it was still with the designer and guaranteed it would be with me within a week. It finally arrived and the thread work is nice but it was totally wrong material as described. Was meant to be velvet and it came satin. Their explanation was we decided it would be better on that material, completely changing the look I was after which I why I bought velvet. Was offered a measly refund but was far from happy. Not only did it arrive after the function I needed it for, it was not as described. Would be very wary when ordering from this site, especially if you are in a rush for it. Overall very poor customer experience.

  What I ordered and what I received were not the same thing. Had I received what I ordered I would wear it to my event instead I shoved it in my closet.   Unfortunately I would not recommend anyone shop here simply as I did not receive helpful customer service. Upon sending me a faulty item Andaaz refused to refund me despite me sending pictures of the faults the day I received the lehenga, and subsequently made me pay the full price to send the item back to them which ended up costing me half the price of the ruined lehenga. Had they offered an exchange or to pay the price of the shipping from my end, I would have been a lot more satisfied with the way they treated my case. I’m sure they have some wonderful products and great people working there, I just unfortunately have not had a very positive experience with them.

  Andaaz is Excellent in quality and i am very pleased with my orders. Tailored and delivered in time for Eid as i had requested! The suits look exactly as in the photos so it really exceeded my expectations! I am a very very happy customer! I have placed a few orders before and i will continue to do so in the future! Andaaz is the best shop for indian garments online.

  Muskan Chopra, Indrajeet Chaudhri, Divyanshu Tomar, Khushal Luthra are all liars and horrible customer service people. If I could give zero stars I would. They are deceptive and stop responding to emails when they dont ship the orders and lie to their customers. Never buy from Andaaz Fashion. Khushal Luthra is the worst who lies about compensating and never responds because he is a coward. DO NOT BUY FROM ANDAAZ FASHION. There are more reputable and worthy companies to buy from. And take a look at their affiliates as well because they all sell from the same website. Buy BEWARE

  Shipping was fast but the Panjabi arrived after Eid morning prayer so I was unable to use it. This was my fault because I ordered 3 days before Eid. The Panjabi was very nice and fit perfectly, I liked it so much that I decided to keep it for the next Eid instead of returning it.

  I got a good quality dress! They always replied quickly and courteously. I would have liked further explaination on the webite about the process of ordering. Also, the timing they gave for completion was not accurate. They took weeks, not days to complete the order. In the end, I do have my dress. It is beatiful and I would order from them again. It really looks like good quality work and the perfect size. I would just make sure I ordered with plenty of time to spare next time.

  They need to be more precise about their shipping procedures. Ordered a shaee over 2 weeks prior to Eid, while ordering they said 5-7 days for shipping but didn't receive the Sharee on time. And they just send the order after communicating several times and now will receive the sharee after 1 week of past eid. Very disappointing.

  Although the dress was very pretty, it arrived too late for Eid and it didn't come with the free matching face mask which i requested, also customer service wasn't great as they never responded to my email i sent. Considering how overpriced items are I would expect a more timely delivery and fast customer service. Again although the outfit was beautiful, because of the late delivery and lack of a promised matching mask, plus slow customer service, this will be my first and probably last purchase unfortunately from Andaaz fashion.
