  Well this is my first time using this company. They are brilliant, I had a query and they emailed me back a very polite email with explanation. The trouser suit is beautiful and the detail lovely. My son is marrying an Indian girl and he wants me to wear traditional garment. I love it and would have no hesitation about using this company again. Thank you for making my purchase so easy.

  Terrible experience, they let me put in an order and then told me they didn't have the fabric. I was then offered different fabrics, I selected a replacement fabric and was then told it wouldnt be available in time. I ended up with a product that looked nothing like the photos they sent me. I made a huge mistake ordering from Andaaz. I've asked for a refund and they have completely ignored me.

  It’s a very pretty dress that was made very well, it fit me perfectly. I would give it a 5 star but there is one thing I didn’t like, the bottom part of the top. I knew what I was buying but I wasn’t expecting it to be so fluffy. Other than that the dress itself is very high quality and perfect for any traditional occasion such as eid.

  I found the putting in the custom stitching - confirming it - adding to basket part a bit confusing as i was never really sure if the box was checked until i got the order confirmation. + The thing i was most worried about was having the dress in time for Eid, but it came perfectly on time and the fitting was very nice too. I liked the customer service too for reaching out to me before handling the order with concerns for certain measurements as i had done them myself. And for the product, I am incredibly pleased with it :] Out of all online places to buy desi clothing, i'd say this one is the best to order from.

  Ordering was easy. Communication with the sales is excellent..helpful. The fabric is of good quality and affordability. Package arrived on time but the tracking information is not reliable. My package was sent via two courier’s which I was not made aware of until I sent a couple of emails. It would be helpful to have both numbers. Apart from that I would still recommend Andaaz Fashion. Thanks.

  Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Usually when I've ordered from other companies the Indian suits have NEVER been as described and have never fit me. The suit I ordered fit me perfectly, I didn't send my exact measurements ( I chose not to use that service) only my height and suprisingly the fit is perfect, it's made exactly to my size, even the trousers have been made to fit my height. The suit itself is good quality and 100% worth the price. Cheaper and better quality then going to green street! The suit arrived in good time, within a week of placing my order. I would highly recommend this website.

  Could not fault the service, they were very helpful and the speed in which they replied to my queries really surprised me. One bit of advice I would give would be to sort out the courier service,the link to UBX was a bit dodgy and they didn't recognise the tracking number which gave me cause for concern then DHL got in touch and delivered when they said they would and I was delighted with the garment

  I have been a loyal customer to Andaaz but unfortunately this is the last time I purchase for them. I ordered a white silk salwar kameez And the item I received was completely different. Firstly it isn’t made of silk and secondly it was not stitched or structured in at all the same way. They are advertising items with the wrong information and therefore misleading customers. They also caused issues with my delivery, sending it to the wrong address initially and not bothering to send me any updates or a dispatch email. Please don’t make the same mistake as me!

  Requested an expedited service as needed the outfit for a wedding, was reassured it would be delivered in time. Despite chasing multiple times the outfit did not arrive and when I tried to return it and requested a refund was told I would be given store credit instead. Took 5 attempts before I was able to agree a refund. Terrible customer service

  I was updated and asked questions throughout the creation process, the colour wasn't the same as the picture- a darker yellow but I was sent pictures and asked If I wanted to continue, I cannot fault the communication. The order arrived a week later than the date it said but I left enough time before the event as I knew it was being created and shipped from India. The measurements I gave meant the outfit fits and I've had no issues apart from a pin being left in the suit which I hurt myself on. Thanks

  I would never buy another dress from Andaaz. The delivery is so poor. Workmanship for the price I pay is below average. The dress doesn’t look the same as shown in the website. Even the colour is different. The dress doesn’t fit . It needs alteration. Since they sent my dress late & I don’t have the time to send back for alteration. I did the alteration in the local tailor shop. Had to argue with them on the cost. Even then they didn’t take the entire cost . I had the pants altered myself. I actually regretted buying from Andaaz.

  Not happy with the product, item is too big I need to pay additional cost to get it adjusted. When ordering the item I went through the web chat & ordered size based on what was instructed when providing measurements.
