  The service I received from the Andaaz team was brilliant. All points of contact were extremely professional and took the time to ensure that I got what I asked for.   I'm very happy with my made to order outfits. There was great communication in ironing out finer details and I'm very impressed with the service. The staff are efficient, professional and polite.   I had limited time to find an outfit so I searched online to find something suitable for a wedding ceremony. Searching for an Indian/Pakistani outfit online proves to be more difficult than I imagined with super long shipping times and uncertainty on fabric quality, etc. Andaaz had an extensive selection of outfits and I got help from one of the online chat assistants at 11pm. They were extremely helpful with all my questions and even helped me place my order. I really appreciated the extra attention to detail since they emphasized the importance of my size and dimensions, This made my shopping experience very easy. I was happy with the price, the delivery times and the outfit was perfect. The fitting was perfect and I would definitely buy again from this site. Thanks!

  Andaaz Fashion was very helpful when it came to making sure that the order would come within before the event date. There customer support was very friendly and informed us of a necessary change to the clothes in order to receive it on time. When ordering, be sure to check your email for any updates and check the spam folder just in case (though it didn't come through spam for me). With all that in mind, if you have a tight time frame (like me), add it in the comments when ordering and as long as its within a reasonable time frame (about 1.5 weeks prior) then you will have a great product coming in.

  Customer service & delivery was great however the quality of the saree is extremely poor. There is a completely different fabric used in the top compared to the skirt and it’s even a totally different shade of green! The fabric is of poor quality too

  If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID at all costs. I ordered an outfit for my wedding. Before placing the order I spoke to someone and he confirmed it would be exactly how the image is and it is made to measure. He confirmed the details everything would be the same and only after his reassurance I placed the order. Upon receiving the item, it was a different colour to the image a lot lighter and it looks nothing like the image.. i gave them some time to rectify the mistake and even got a quote from a tailor here to save sending it back but they have offered me £12 when I’ve been quoted £70 to fix the outfit as they’ve double stitched and it all needs to be taken apart to restitch it. Im so so disappointed and upset and would advise you never ever to use this company.

  Goods Never Arrived!! I was promised this outfit by a certain date so that I could wear it to a wedding. The outfit still hasn't arrived and the wedding has come and gone. I had to buy another outfit somewhere else at the last minute. I keep asking Andaaz to refund my money. I want my money back!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I bought two suits one custom one non custom. Both suits were stunning even better than the pictures! I especially loved the custom because it was a perfect fit not tight. the non custom will be fine once I loose like 5 pounds. I really appreciated the tracking information as well.   I was struggling to find plus size Indian clothing and came across their website. The website was easy to use and had a big variety to choose from . When I had submitted a question on the website, the customer services team made contact with me very quickly and helped me with my purchase. I have had such a pleasant experience and have since made another purchase. Furthermore, the process from start to finish was so quick even shipping via DHL arrived to New Zealand in a matter of days.

  Incredibly well organised service! I’m so pleased with all three outfits I ordered. The instruction videos are very well done. And the Andaaz team have such a good eye for detail they’ve picked up on a wrong measurement wich I submitted. The turnaround for all three dresses was three weeks which I found fantastic.   Exceptionally disappointed with the customer service when their chosen courier service failed to follow delivery instructions and my parcel was misplaced. They guaranteed many delivery dates which both failed and then once it came to the matter of sorting a missing parcel their customer service became non existent. Had to raise a dispute with the bank as andaazfashions were not interested in helping at all. I don't think I will purchase again in future which is a shame because I was looking forward to it but the process has been extremely stressful.
