  I did not receive the original outfit that I selected but they replaced it with another one. It was nice but did not fit the description as requested. It was advertised as a full sleeve but arrived as a 3/4 sleeve. The outfit did arrive just in time for my event. But, it was cutting it close and made me nervous. Overall, I will order again but will ensure I give even more time to ensure the delivery is timely in case of a defect on their end which is what happened in this situation.

  I was very happy with the whole process: the website, the help from the employees and the product. I was searching for a saree with specific colors and the employee was helpful and kind. I ordered a custom made blouse, which fits me perfectly. I could even choose in what kind of style the blouse should be stitched in! The material of the saree is very high quality as well. Shipping was super fast, even though the saree came straight from India. I would definitely shop at Andaaz Fashion again. :)

  I received the wrong outfit and the merchant was in denial about it. I then returned a saree as per my statutory rights but it has now been a month and I am waiting for my refund. I do not recommend anyone shops with them.

  First the saree I choose they said it was damaged so can’t deliver hence I had to choose a new one in same range or pay more which I did not want after this experience.The quality of fabric of saree which arrived is very poor and I’m trying to return and get refund but not managed to get it till now. I have to keep them calling and every time I get a different response. Before putting my order I had clearly enquired about return and they said if you don’t like what you get we will take it back without hassle. They called me several times before the order and now I am the one chasing them to get my money back.

  I received only order after a month, also the saree is so badly made( has several joints) and a sticker is stitched on the pallu. They are not sending me the return label and not responding to my messages either. Quality of saree is very poor and it’s not worth the money. Their WhatsApp team has misled me. Don’t fall for this website and don’t waste your money. Highly disappointed. I’m going to raise the issue to the quality check team as they are putting India’s reputation on stake by selling such poor quality things overseas. They are misleading people and providing wrong information through WhatsApp. They have contacted me through WhatsApp and literally forced me to buy the saree by saying that I will be able to return the product in case if I’m not happy with my purchase. Now they aren’t responding to my messages. Awful experience.

  I have the worst interaction with this shop. I have intially promised a salwar kameez before the date of my event. Due to their mistakes, it got delayed and arrive 3 days after. I have since asked for refund as I didn’t require the dresss. Its been about 15+ days for me ask for my deserving refund. I would NOT recommend buying from this shop again. Worst experience possible. If i could give 0 stars i would.

  I needed these within 10 days of ordering, so I messaged in original order advising of the date. The business sent me an email on the first day to request additional size information and then followed it up with a phone call on the day to ensure delivery on time. I was then called to advise of estimate delivery date when packages were sent, Excellent customer service provided, cannot compliment the business enough for the personal communication. I have purchased from here before and have recommended site to friends and family. will continue to do so going forward after this very pleasant experience.

My only criticism would be the lack of pictures on the website as it only showed the front of the dresses and not the back. So was a little disappointed when the back was plain with no embroidery. But strategic placement of the scarf helped with this. So over all loved it.

  The navigation on the site is ok but I would like to see on the site more details on the trousers by example (front and behind). The customer service is very good because when they are not sure about the measures, they ask you until they are satisfied.

  I had problems with the payment which was on hold the first time. I contacted andaaz and they ensured me they would return the money if I ended up being charged more than once, so I should pay again with the new link they gave me. Therefore I paid again. A couple of days later the payment on hold went through and then andaaz never returned the double payment. I kept contacting them and they kept taking really long to answer (before they received the payment they replied really fast) and every time they promise their team will analyse and they never reply. If your payment gets on hold, don't pay again!!! They will not return you the money.

  This is the first time I’ve used Andaaz. I’m meticulous, captious and hard to please. I was delighted with my purchase from the communication, delivery but most importantly the custom tailoring, i’m surprised the anarkali fits like a glove. The outfit was just like the picture and as described. I’m so so pleased and look forward to my next purchase.

  Helpful online chat. Ease of ordering. Anarkali beautiful if a bit big. I ordered standard size rather than customised. Quality very good and true to description. Dropped one star as packaging flimsy for such expensive clothing and pack slightly damaged on arrival-outfit fine despite this. Happy to use this company again however.

  The team at Andaaz regularly lied to me about my outfits for my entire family arriving on time for our event. Nothing arrived on time so I had to overnight new outfits for my family from a different vendor. Now they won’t refund my money unless I pay to have the outfits returned. Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  Customer service whilst I was trying to order was excellent. I paid £9.95 for express delivery but the product was late by 3 days. I liked the design and fitting was very good, but the quality is not the very best in terms of manufacturing. I would use Andaaz again if they can guarantee returns if I did not like the product.

  We all know how difficult it is to find traditional clothes in plus size. Andaaz fashion provides variety of beautiful designs in plus size with custom tailoring. Top class customer service with excellent clothes. They have yet to let me down.

  I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I should've listened to the reviews. While Nitin gave excellent customer service, unfortunately, they missed all the due dates for delivery. If I didn't stay on top of them over WhatsApp I would've received nothing. After spending over $600 with a guarantee that all 3 pieces would be at our home before Diwali only my husband's outfit appeared on time. After that it was a non-stop back and forth over WhatsApp to get my 2 dresses to me. One dress never showed up, and I needed to be refunded. Nitin again pressed hard to make me happy by promising the moon but at that point Diwali was over and I didn't need the dress any longer. Thankfully I received the refund promptly.

  Appalling customer service and delivery. I ordered a suit on 23rd October and paid £19.95 for express delivery (2-3 days). On 26th October, I received an email saying my item was out of stock. I chose another item and pointed out that I required the outfit for a particular event on 5th November and reminded them that I had paid for the express delivery. They responded that this was no problem. I ended up having to order another outfit using Amazon Prime to ensure that I received it as the Andaaz order did not arrive. I then emailed them to tell them I no longer required it as the date had been missed and requested a full refund including the delivery charge. They continued to go ahead and despatch the item. I received the outfit on 15th November.

  Customer service and communication was very good. I had difficulty inputting my measurements on the website but help was at hand very promptly, and they were excellent in that they double checked the measurements I’d provided, before they began their work, as they didn’t fit in with their standard frames! They were unable to provide one of the outfits I’d chosen, but they sent me 6 suggestions to chose from, all of them akin to my original choice. The outfits arrived within the timeframe I’d provided, and they both fit beautifully. They are also well made. Would certainly recommend Andaaz!

  I ordered my customised outfit 5 days prior to receiving it. I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived. The customer care team were available anytime of the day and ensured that my outfit was made and delivered to me in top quality and efficiently. The quality of the fabric was amazing and the stitching quality was amazing. Diksha from the design team was in contact me throughout the process ensuring that my outfit was tailored to perfection.
