  I love the saree I ordered. There were some problems with the fabric and inventory issues that created some hassle but the team was in contact with me and things were eventually sorted. My dress was stitched to my specifications and fits perfectly. The fabrics and embroidery are beautiful.

  Unfortunately the outfit didn’t fit right, didn’t suit me and felt uncomfortable due to thickness of tunic. I had ordered one for my daughter as well so we could wear same outfit to wedding. I sadly had to return both items. I had very bad customer service. Not wanting to send me return address, making out items had been made to measure which they had not. I had to involve pay pal for support. I still haven’t received my full refund even though I paid for postage and packing myself. Very disappointing.

  I ordereda custom outfit and despite sending my measurements, part of the outfit received was too big on me. I brought itto their attention and instead of fixing it, told me they would reimburse a nominal amount for me to have it altered. Poor customer service. I will no be buying from this company again unfortunately.

  This is the first time I used Andaaz Fashion, and I has a great experience! I used standard sizing for 6 suits that I bought, and after putting in my size, everything fit perfectly. The items were exactly like the pictures and were well-stitched, good quality and arrived in a timely manner. I had a question about the shipping for two suits and received a prompt email with tracking. Definitely would order from here again!

  Shipping was fast. However, I did not understand that the pants of the item I ordered would not have any seam allowance to adjust as needed (I ordered ready to wear). Also, as a shorter person, the garment was not flattering on me. Finally, I couldn't return the item as the shipping to do so was more costly than what the item itself cost. I wish I had asked more questions before ordering.

  Ordered a custom stitched outfit then got an email that material was rejected for quality control. I had to choose another color that I was not happy with. Then designer suggested my measurements were not correct so I let them talk me into changing. The Kameez was way shorter than I wanted because of that. Otherwise the outfit is beautiful and fits well. Quality of the material was better than I expected.

  The garment’s I ordered has just arrived and are exactly as ordered. Very well made and a nice material, a very good fit based on chest and height measurements only. Material was checked with me prior to the final order being placed, whole process has taken 2 weeks. Very pleased. Note the chat room was very useful as I was unsure what I needed for the weeding event I am attending but the online help cleared up all my questions with useful suggestions.

  I ordered 2 garments from Andaaz Fashion but only 1 garmet was delivered. After nearly 2 months of attempting to resolve the matter with the customer service team they refused to issue a refund or replacement garment. I now over £200 out of pocket and do not have a garment to wear to a friends wedding. I would not reccomend.

  When I first came across this site I loved the variety of outfits they had available. A customer service message came through and they assisted me with every enquiry. The only issue I had was a delivery one. I was assured I would receive it in time for Diwali. When I chased my order I was told it would arrive several days after the date I needed. I spoke with customer services and they rushed it through for me and promised I would receive it in time. They absolutely came through and my package arrived in time. The quality and the fit was outstanding I was so happy and such a beautiful outfit. I was concerned it would not fit but it truly was stunning and I would definitely order from them again. Thank you so much.

  I was really really happy with the dress it's really beautiful. Communication between seller Indrajeet was excellent and my delivery was on time as promised. However there was one thing that left me disappointed that was I didn't receive the dupatta I had requested as I would I preferred it to be In a different material. But other then that I'm really happy and would definitely recommend to others to purchase from this online business.

  The customer service is excellent. However, be careful before buying anything. I wasn’t aware of the 4 day return policy they have and assumed it’s 14 days as most companies are. I missed the 4 day window and now I can’t return the items as I no longer need it. Made me lose >£150

  I am a repeated customer and has given this company fantastic reviews. However I had a series of problems with my latest saree order. Clearly it’s the company’s fault but they didn’t allow return. After months of contacting them I took it to PayPal and escalated the issue. PayPal dealt with the case and refunded me. This company has lost a loyal customer. I raved about this company to many friends and I will now tell them to shop elsewhere. Zero star if I had the option.

  Really bad service - I ordered a product and it did not arrive for 10 days after the 1st part of my order. DHL failed to deliver and I wanted Andaaz to contact them to arrange for the package to be returned straight back to them, they refused and I am yet to see if I get a full refund and my postage refunded. Be warned of the 10% they deduct if you want to refund + you have to play for return postage also
