  So far I have bought 4 suits from Andaaz and each one was made perfectly. Their tailors do an excellent job and the fitting is really good. Also, the product is ironed and packaged nicely and the delivery is super fast. This is a great shop to buy from - you won't be disappointed.

  I needed this in a hurry. The customer service assured me many times it will be received before my requested date although I am in Malaysia. In the end, I received it 2 days before the date she assured me I will receive. Package was marked priority when I received it. Did not pay anything additional. I am blown away with the service provided and will definitely keep buying !

  Honestly I first time ordered, as I’m a plus size I was a little worried about the fitting etc But I am over the moon, the detail is so beautiful done and the fitting is perfect.   I got a navy blue sari from here. Was initially dubious and anxious as I knew it was coming from India and you never know. My parcel arrived on time. Customer services were very helpful and my sari was beautiful. I had a blouse stitched and I am very fussy with stitching and can say it was perfect. Overall very happy with my purchase great price and well done stitching.

  Very helpful communication throughout the process when ordering. I was a little disappointed when I received the product however, it was cut extremely close. The image of the garment suggested it was slightly oversize so I did not size up. It's too late to re-order too, as I am travelling in less than a week.

Not only is the customer service world class, the clothes are made to the highest standards with top quality fabric. The clothes are tailored to you if you want it custom made in less than £30 depending on the clothing you’re buying. Honestly could not recommend enough. Will be buying from them for literally any occasion I may have. The most reliable sellers ever, I told them I need my clothes to be made and delivered to me before 6 September and I received it on 1st of September!!! Wow! I can go on and on. THE BEST!

  Poor customer service. No contact of when order would be delivered. Kept having phone calls telling me I need to rearrange delivery. Delivery service then saying I’ve refused delivery and have to pay redelivery charges. Still haven’t received all of my order. Wrong dispatch dates given on website. Clothes are poor quality material not with any mirror work, cheapest work possible. My dupatta is missing mirrors and only given 5% discount of outfit. I would return the order if I could

  I order a floral lengha and it arrived within a week. I like the product and it does match the picture on the site. However, do be prepared for a slight colour variation as pictures on the site will be shot in different lighting so my lengha was darker than I expected. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and the ease and speed of ordering/delivering.

  The navigation was fine but the choice for the size is not clear enough. I measured my bodysize and expected the clothes to be a bit wider than that, but it was made exactly that size, so it is too tight. This is a disappointment. Since it is made in a bigger size, it cannot be exchanged. The delivery real fast.

  Your customer service is superb and first class all the way. From placing an order, to follow up and processing of order,to shipping and delivery, everything is smooth and so efficient. I even had a refund situation on one of my orders and that too went smoothly. I recently placed 5 orders. A kids-wear, 2 men's kurta-pyjamas and lastly 2 plus size custom stitched outfits for myself. I did cancel one of the men's kurta-pyjamas as you informed me that the colour and pattern was not the same, which in itself I appreciated. The other orders were all delivered within the timeframe I had been promised and each one was excellent. The most difficult were the custom stitched outfits. Both came in perfect fitting. The one was just perfect. The second had a straight leg pant with it, however it turned out to be a salwar kind of a pant - but I still made do with it. Next time I shall make sure I order only a churidar which I am most comfortable with. The fabrics are of excellent quality and the fitting is very good. I do recommend this website and shall 100% be using it again to order! Thank you to all at Andaaz.

  I received my order today and I was beyond happy with it. It was a custom made outfit and it was perfect. The quality of the fabric and the design were amazing. I ordered on the website on 6th august, which was also very easy and many helpful videos available to ensure the measurements were done correctly. Amazing! Once ordered, I was contacted through WhatsApp to confirm the order and any queries I had were always answered promptly. Extremely friendly staff and helpful. The outfit arrived in just over 2 weeks and I was blown away as it looked even better in person. The precision and detail was absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

  Delivery took longer than expected. We were pleased with our two items but decided to return one because of a wider than expected neckline. The returns process was troublesome and took many e-mail exchanges for Andaaz to accept our return. The refund (less 10% admin fee) has taken over one month to be credited to our account (compared with 15 working days).

  They do have live agents to speak with, but the service is horrible. They delivered late. They shortened the dress letting the lining show from the front. The dress had stains on it and the flowers were half stitched it even missing. I took up the matter with customer service who beat about the bush for days knowing all too well that I had to travel. They didn’t do zilch to fix the matter and are not even willing to send me a free RMA to send the dress back. NEVER buying again with them. They are scammers.

  My dusty green outfit fitted perfectly and I am very satisfied. The Beige outfit I had to let my seamstress make some adjustments. The shoulders had to be taken up another half an inch and the sleeves around the elbow area was somewhat too tight. After the adjustments it's now fitting better. Thank you.

  I received my order this morning and so happy with the item. My review- website is easy to navigate and lots of variety to choose from. Customer service- these guys are so patient and helpful. Delivery process- quick and easy. Item - excellent material, sizing was perfect. I was very sceptical with sizing etc but Andaaz Fashion had done an excellent job in stitching my suit. 5/5 overall rating.

  Awful, the outfit looked nothing like the photo. The customer support team tried to tell me that the outfit was inline with my design requirements when it clearly wasn’t. I am returning the outfit and I expect a full refund for both the outfit and postage. I will not be recommending this to anyone
