  When I ordered the outfit it said it would be dispatch on the 2nd of August so I thought it would be ok as I needed it for a wedding on the 8th of August so I paid extra money for the delivery so it could arrive on time for the wedding. I emailed someone on the customer service team and they said it will be dispatch on the 3rd of August. So I said when I ordered it it said ready to ship so I don’t understand why will it take time. So after several emails my order was dispatched on the 4th of August and to day is the 7th and my outfit hasn’t arrived so when it arrives I will no longer need it so I will ask for a refund for sure. And never will purchase anything from andazz again. Thank you

  The website was easy to use and easy to order. I'd issues with the payment screen not coming up and someone from customer service was immediately able to help and resolve the issue. I then needed to change sizes and it was sorted immediately. Delivery then needed to be changed to a different address due to the arrival date and again no issues. Very friendly customer service members.

  The service from Andaaz as they guided me through taking the measurements need ed for a custom-made suit was excellent. The suit was then delivered promptly and fits perfectly.   My lenegha arrived today and it was perfect. I ordered a custom plus size one and the measurements were perfect and fits really well. I also had some ammendments to make as the back was really low so i asked to change that. The customer service team was great and called me to explain how they would do so. This is my first time using this website and i am genuinely so happy. The lenegha is beautiful and i cant wait to wear it. Thank you soo soo much 💓

  Sooo nice and prettier than the picture!! My hips are a bit wide compared to my body so I would of appreciated a little extra katerial in the lehenga so maybe its worth asking customers about their full body measurements even when unstitched. Otherwise gorgeous gorgeous lehenga!

  SHOCKING!!!! Do not buy anything from this company!!! I bought an outfit from this company that didn't fit so had to return it. I have never had such difficulty with a return. I sent the outfit back immediately, well and securely packaged but only received my refund 3 MONTHS later and less 10% of what I paid. This company is not to be trusted!!!

  Product is as described, great quality, lovely fabric. Love that it has option for plus size although I wish it wasn't as pricey. Would also be great if they sent a message when the parcel will be dispatched although I did get message when it was arriving on the day, would be nice if I knew more so I wouldn't be so worried. However, this is my 3rd time buying from them so I trusted that it would be delivered just make sure you leave plenty of time before you actually need it.

  I love the company. Great customer service. The only feedback would be the pants are always way too wide in the leg. Legging are supposed to fit tighter. I can almost fit both legs in one.

  The website looks really good until you place your order. I placed my order for my wedding outfits. I was in constant communication with their WhatsApp group, told them exactly what i wanted, sent them pictures. They promised me everything I asked for. When i received the package, they messed up so bad. My husbands clothes were all off color, the specifications were not done, my wedding outfit was so bad. I ordered beige, they sent brown outfit's, all different shades of it. I was in tears. When I tried to contact them, all of a sudden no one was responding to my messages. They would respond a day later with the same message that their design team was investigating. No solution were offered, no returns were offered. I basically had to rebuy my wedding outfit last minute. When I tried to call the number based off of Florida, it kept saying the message box is full. Please stay away from this scam website. They will only work with you until you give them your money. Save yourself time and headaches and go somewhere else. You deserve better service. If i could, i would give them zero stars

  I was disappointed with the look and fit of the garment. Also disappointed with the manner they wanted to resolve. They refused a refund even though it was not a special order garment. I will never shop here again, I would recommend anyone else not shop with this company either.

  Their customer service is very good. They respond very promptly and the agents are very helpful; do their best to resolve the issue. However, their material is not of great quality. This piece looks flowy and soft in the picture but in reality, the fabric is very stiff and rough. The embroidery design looks elegant and subtle but however, is of very cheap quality. The overall quality of their outfits doesn't match the price you pay. I will not be wearing any of the outfits I bought.

  They did everything they could to get my order to me on time. Informed me when they could of delivery. We’re prompt in answering any questions I had or addressed any concerns I had about the order and delivery. The items fitted well and I had many compliments from people when I wore them to a family wedding. I shall order from them again in future.

  I ordered a custom fit suit. I received an email and a call about my measurements not being correct “per the standard body measurements chart”. If I was a standard body with standard measurements, I would have ordered a standard size instead of custom measurements. I found it inappropriate to tell me that I am not standard measurements. Standard measurements do not apply when you are a woman over 6 feet tall. I will also say that they were quick via email with letting me know that my order had shipped after I couldn’t see an update online.

  My dress was beautiful but really I have to give a shout-out to the company for reaching out to me and making arrangements for me so that I could have my dress in time for my event.   Gave custom measurements but did not fit properly in many areas. Seems as if they sent me a close enough sized dress off the rack. Otherwise could’ve been a beautiful dress.
