  This site has a lot of great options, especially for plus size patrons, at prices that are fairly reasonable and comparable to what one would pay “back home.” However, two things prevent me from giving a five star rating. First, dispatch time is not reliable. Both times I have ordered, the item was shipped considerably later than the dispatch date listed on the website. In the second instance, the item was delayed about five days and it arrived after the event for which I had ordered it (even after I paid for express delivery and chatted with a rep to ensure it would arrive by the promised date). So buyer beware: do not rely on the dispatch date, even with expedited delivery, and leave plenty of time before ordering. The other was that the quality of the suits was inconsistent. In both instances I was happy with the stitching but the second suit was an inferior quality and very different from the picture. There were also not sufficient pictures of the outfit which is probably why I was so shocked at its appearance. The work on the second one seemed more shoddy and none of the work seemed done by hand, all of it seemed heat pressed, making it look very cheap. I was not pleased at all with the second outfit. Still, facilitating fitting measurements and email correspondence were terrific. My only qualms were delivery and quality. I would hesitate to order again because quality is a pretty big deal.

  Ordered my outfit on June 11th and received it by June 24th, the speed is impeccable. But what's really impressed me is the sizing and the perfect material of the outfit. Super comfortable and just so nice to wear. The website is also super easy to navigate and has a lot of different choices. Also while I had initial trouble to place my order, they contacted me via email and WhatsApp to help me pay and ensure I was able to place the order successfully.

  I give no stars to this company In good faith I ordered from the ready made selection in my size The outfit did not fit well and was not suitable I requested a refund only to be told the item had especially tailored for me which I find totally inconceivable as I ordered from the provided sizes I feel totally misled and a fool for trusting my funds to such a scurrilous company Nothing was indicated that I could not return the item until I was sent the “small print” which said larger sizes may not be refundable As a pensioner seeking an outfit to wear at a grandson’s wedding I have been thoroughly scammed out of my money I would not recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy Totally, shabbily mistreated throughout

  I really appreciate all the help and support I have recieved recently from Andaaz Fashion with both my orders. They were extremely helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the full process from placing my order with them right through to recieve h my order! I loved the way they were always very quick to reply and reassure me about any questions and concerns I may have had with my order and when my dresses arrived they were exactly as they looked on the website and the measurements I had given them were perfect. Not only this the delivery service was very quick and I am so happy that I have recieved my orders well in advance for when I needed them! I would highly and definitely recommend this company to anyone especially those who need customised sizes as not only do they get the exact measurements you want but also Andaaz Fashion doesn’t charge extra for customisation and for me they are the only company that I know who offer this service which is very helpful for a disabled person like myself as I am in wheelchair but very small so up until now I have always found it very difficult to find traditional clothes for special occasions in my size!

  The beads fell off as soon as I pulled the garment from the packet. Although I was sent glue and a pack of beads this is not something I expected to have to do all the time! Unfortunately I did not realise that I could not return due to the fact that I entered my height and size when ordering…. so BEWARE….. expensive item I ordered 3 weeks before The occasion and didn’t arrive until 3 days before and I had to chase…. I didn’t wear to the occasion….the picture showed it falling nicely but it stuck out too much when tried on….very disappointed…..

  Fraudulent company. Clothing was unrecognizable. Did not look anything like what I ordered. Was not made of material I ordered (silk). Was synthetic and not breathable. Before ordering I was confirmed in writing my order was eligible for refund but was denied when I tried to return. I was informed it was a final sale, and I was given what I ordered and they made no mistakes.

  The item arrived with a dusty smell. I have a dust allergy and it left me sick for a week. I had to take antibiotics. I had it dry cleaned for $80 and still decided not to wear it to the wedding because it was still smelling of dust.

  I ordered two trouser suits to be worn by my mother at my sister's wedding. My mother has Alzheimer's dementia, and I requested that a zipper be added at the back for ease of dressing her on the day of the event. The service from Andaaz was wonderful. Representatives reached out immediately, determined all the necessary info, and made sure to ship the finished outfits with enough time to allow for alterations. Fortunately, no alterations were even needed, as the zippers were perfect and the clothing fit my mother wonderfully. Very happy with this experience.

  I emailed Andaaz fashion when we realised, at late notice, that we needed some clothing for a wedding we were attending. I can't rate the service highly enough - email replies were quick and helpful and Aadaaz fast-tracked our order and got it to us on time for the wedding! I'm very glad we chose this company for our order!

  I was disappointed in my order. The fabric of choice wasn't available due to quality issues. I okayed a different fabric, but upon arrival that fabric also had issues with stains on multiple parts of the outfit. In addition I paid extra for custom measurements and the measurements I paid for were not as specified. The outfit also was shipped after the guaranteed shipping date. Will not be ordering from this company again. I deserve a partial refund at the very least but that won't happen.

  I received my order today as promised by Andaz online. I was very happy with it, it’s true to likeness of its pictures and it’s stitched well. I had heard a lot of negative stories about people experience with other online clothes shops so I was really nervous about ordering. My niece had ordered a suit from andaz and was happy with it so I thought i would give it a try. It’s honestly good quality and worth it. I had an online chat with a assistant called Mohammed and he was so helpful. He reassured me and gave me the date the item would get to me and true to his words it did.I even told him about little request and he was like fine I will let the seamstress know. I did have to pay about £10 for express delivery but it seemed fair enough as I needed it quick. So finally I advise you to order what you like !!

  Ok where do I start ! This company has been brilliant in helping me order the first of a few outfits I need for some weddings. Right from the start they were fantastic in having a dialogue with me via WhatsApp on my requirements and my measurements for my chosen outfit. Needles to say some of my measurements were slightly off and they were quick to let me know this and recommend the correct measurement. I felt they were with me every step of the way. I was of course nervous never having ordered anything like this online before but I have just received my outfit (all within the specified time frame) and I am absolutely blown away !! It’s stunning ! And the quality is first class. This outfit looks at least 3x times what was paid. Absolutely beautiful. I shall look forward to ordering my next one. Thank you Andaaz 😊

  I have been advised that i will receive my order in 30/05/2022, and FedEx sending me a notification saying it will be deliver on 31/05/2022. And you guys sending me an email asking how was the outfit before i even receive it. It's a bladdy joke 😡 And please don't promise customers things you can't do it.

  I am not happy with my order as the top was too long and i am 5ft 3inches. The trousers had one split going to the side and one in the middle. I was told i would have to accept the outfit how it is. I advised customer service i will be contacting trading standards re this order, so on 22nd May i was told to give them 48hrs so they could discuss with designer so today it is 28th May i am still waiting your customer service is very poor i have had issues with other orders aswll and none of them have been resolved by anyone in your customer service team.

  I live in California and was told two and a half weeks before my best friend's wedding that they were going to do Indian dress instead of Western attire. I don't live near any stores where I can buy Indian clothing, so I had to go online. To make matters worse, I'm a big guy, so I knew my options would be limited. I found Andaaz and started messaging their customer service team, telling them my situation. They told me they were confident they'd be able to get me my order in time and to send them my measurements so they could make me a custom outfit from scratch. I'll be honest, I was doubtful when I placed my order that a) they would get the fit right and b) that it would even arrive on time. Thankfully, I was wrong on both. The item made it from India to my address in just 15 days (I ordered on a Sunday and received it on Monday two weeks later). Make sure to order express shipping if you're in a time crunch. I was blown away and the outfit was gorgeous. I don't know if I'll ever need to do Indian dress again in my life, but if I do, I am 100% coming back to these guys.
