  I am not satisfied with my purchase. I saw something totally different in the pictures, I paid for something different. The color is off, the working on the entire lehenga is different. I am not please at all. This was a waste of my money. I should of just bought something locally. The color of the item did not have any pink it in which you advertised, yet the lehenga has a Pink shawl. The note for extra can can was made in my order and I don't see anything extra being added to it. This is just a disaster for me at this time. I truly and humbly thank you for the great customer service, but do not mislead customers with wrong images of the items you are selling. My hard earned money had gone to waste.

  This is a beautiful place and extremely well decorated embroidered and embellished. The delivery was quick easy and the team made sure that all the measurements and all the requirements for the outfit were perfect before sending them out. Fantastic material and looks extremely elegant.

  This was the first time I was placing an order for a custom made outfit and doing it all online. I was a little uneasy but there was no need. I'm so glad I took a chance as Andaaz Fashion did a great job.There was ample communication via WhatsApp. I was even asked to double check some of the measurements I initially sent in which was just as well as I got a few of them wrong. I would purchase from them again and would definitely recommend. Thank you to the team who looked after me.

  Navigation on the site was fine. However, I made my order, which was supposed to be delivered on September 27, 2023. After a few days, I received an email saying that the fabric for what I wanted didn't pass their quality check, and was given an option of other Anarkali suits to choose from instead. Only one was vaguely similar to what I had originally wanted in that it was approximately the same color, but it really was nothing like my original order at all. Also, suddenly my order wasn't going to get here until October 17, 2023, and if it isn't here by then, I won't have it in time for the event I ordered it for. So overall this was not a great experience.

  Terrible experience. I ordered way in advance of my event and had to pay extra fees for them to make the outfit long sleeve. They did not deliver in time and the sleeves were still 3/4 sleeve. The outfits were not as pictured. Customer service had been in contact with me for several weeks and still did not deliver a quality product or on time. I do not recommend them at all. No discount offered, no replacement, no good customer service, just excuses.

  First time I’ve ordered something like this online and I am not disappointed. Beautiful silk green lehenga ordered in a custom size. From date of order to delivery date it was 6 days! I did pay for faster delivery. If I’m honest, I really didn’t expect it to come in less than a week. The quality of the fabric and of the tailoring was stunning. Communication was also excellent via email. I’ll definitely be using Andaaz Fashion again! Thank you very much!

  Andaaz Fashion sent my item in the wrong size and color. They refused to exchange, offered to give a refund towards alteration, we negotiated back and forth at 40%. During this time I wrote a review based on this experience on another site. Andaaz offered to give me 50% back if I changed or removed my review. I refused stating I accepted the 40% previously and would stay with that decision. I have had no further contact since, they have not responded to my emails nor have they refunded anything. I am stuck with an ugly piece of clothing which I will never wear. Do not waste your money here. They do not even deserve 1/5 stars.

  Bad customer servive. No answer for several weeks even though they promise to reach out to you within 24 hours. It took more than 1 month to receive my order! I have no other words to say but I am so disappointed of you all and the overall Andaaz Fashion. I will make sure to do my best to spread this negativity of Andaaz Fashion for all worldwide customers. It is not in my wish that other customers will get the same treatment from Andaaz Fashion as I got. I trust this is not the way Andaaz Fashion wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been a customer of them for several years and have never encountered such situation before. THIS IS MY LAST TIME BEING A CUSTOMER OF ANDAAZ FASHION! This is a warning for all future new customers.

  This outfit is very difficult to put on as need to slide it down from top head downwards. Spoils the hairstyle and makeup as it is tight fitting and brushes against hair and face. Also the material of sleeves is stiff like tafetta not silk. Very difficult to remove the outfit. The whole thing is a joke as the side zip does not allow to wear outfit from down up. Need to return this outfit as the colour is more reddish than pink. The green moti looks too ugly and does not match and the small diamonds are already falling out.

  The dresses I ordered were beautiful. Just as is in the picture. The only issue I had is that the website stated they ship from NYC. Although the dresses come from India they were delivered within the week. They provided delivery status throughout the entire delivery. I have a really hard time finding indian dresses that fit. I ordered these 2 dresses a size bigger than usual and the fit was perfect. The dresses were long enough and not tight at all. I will definitely order from them again!

  Material and stitching are both very cheap. The glitter and sparkles shed all over the place and when asked for a refund due to quality was told they would only give a 10% refund and made it sounds like it was some special offer they only did just for me. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is also terrible

  I have ordered 4 beautiful pieces of clothing from Andaaz. All custom made, over a period of 2 months. Ranging from a patiala Red Salwar Kameez, to a beautiful black long dress and an absolutely beautiful blue silk anarkali dress. Sent in my measurements and the staff have emailed me consistently to double check my measurements and ensure I was happy and that the dresses were all custom made. Not once have I been disappointed, every one of the outfits has been a beautiful fit. Thankyou. Very happy with the clothes and the beautiful stitching, you guys have exceeded my expectations on delivery as all outfits over 3 deliveries were received earlier than expected.

  Fantastic service. I ordered a made to measure sharara set and used the helpful videos to put my measurements in the system. I hadn’t realised that I put the wrong measurements for something until I received an email asking me to remeasure as it didn’t seem right. Brilliant customer care and would highly recommend.   I navigated the site earlier and the customer service was prompt and polite throughout. The first suit I purchased was a disaster. The proportions were wrong and it did not fit well. I complained and Andaaz refunded me a small amount because the suit arrived after the promised date as well. I have never worn this suit. Andaaz said if I request and pay for a custom made suit it would fit perfectly. However, I experienced several issues after receiving my outfit. It was very much too large even though I provided accurate and detailed measurements. After complaining Andaaz refunded me less than half of the cost of alteration. I then raised a concern because I realised that my outfit was made from a completely different fabric to the item advertised in the online image. The fabric type is mentioned in the description of the outfit. A local fashion expert has assured me that my outfit is not made from the fabric as advertised. The differences between my outfit and the online image are clear to see just by looking at the two images side by side. I pointed this out to Andaaz. I have sent several emails to the customer services who respond politely but side step my valid issues and request for a full refund. I firmly believe I have been mis sold and my rights as a customer have been violated. I am seeking assistance to take this matter further.

  I've had a really unpleasant experience with Andaaz. I ordered a "ready to wear" (i.e no custom stitching) garment. It arrived and I didn't feel it was true to likeness as the image. I sent them a whatsapp message; they are quick to respond but told me to "get it custom tailored and I will like it". I said I would be returning item, since the website is very clear to say "easy returns"; Andaaz said they would only offer me 10%. I will reiterate it was a ready to wear item; the trousers and jacket looked cheap. I have returned item the following day after I received, and did this via tracked return. It has been received by Andaaz and I have had zero communication from them, and no refund. I do not expect a 10% refund, it should be 100%. Item has not been work, has labels, all packaging included. I won't use them again, as the returns are not easy and they do not refund "ready to wear" items. Avoid. Also take a look at trust pilot, many others saying the same thing.

  I had an issue with Paypal because the payment page came up with error however, andaaz took over and my order went through. I was worried I wouldn’t receive my order on time, especially if alterations were needed however, everything turned out to be fine. I would just advise to order as soon as possible for peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from andaazfashion again.

  Brilliant communication via phone but they also have whatsapp and email. They try to accommodate your specifications as much as they can.   I FINALLY received the other half of my order a full 2 WEEKS after I needed it! So disappointing. I’m now stuck with this outfit that I can’t return and I won’t ever wear. That was the first and only Sikh event that I will ever attend. It was my friend’s wedding. Sucks!

  They say in their terms that they’ll do free alterations for custom fitted items but will ask for 45+ days to do it and you’ll have to pay for the shipping. So be prepared to bare some additional cost to get your item fitted either locally or through them.

  I was promised that my outfit would arrive before my event. IT DIDN'T happen. When I contacted their so-called customer service. The guy had no idea how to react. The guy didn't even care. His replies were slow and he couldn't give me any proper answers. You can't speak to anyone it's all done online. So I sat there waiting for the guy to reply and had to prompt him several times before he bothered. The outfit arrived over a week after it was promised and I am not impressed. I have had no discount for the inconvenience either. I won't be ordering from them again.

I inquired as to a realistic turnaround time for a custom piece and I was assured that I would receive my garment in time for the event. Andaaz worked with me to ensure that I got the measurements right and sure enough my garment was delivered on time- even earlier than the expected delivery date!   Absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered an outfit with express shipping as I required it by a certain. I contacted customer services multiple times to confirm that I would receive the item by the date required and each time I wasn’t given a straight answer. This was followed up with phone calls also and then I was told it had not even been dispatched on the date I required the outfit for never mind beforehand. I then requested for the order to be cancelled as it had not been dispatched. To my surprise they shipped the item after the date that I required it for, completing ignoring my cancellation request and offered a 12% discount of the item telling me I will be able to use this for future events. They did not bother to offer a refund for the express shipping even though it completely missed the date. The issue is still on going and I’ve had to take this further as all of my requests and queries have not been answered or resolved correctly.
