  Order not received I placed an order around December 3rd and as of December 27th I've not received my order. I looked into the way your company sent your orders and I'm not sure how you sent my order is from the USA or did it ship from over seas? Received my order today December 29th ! It was sent to the wrong address and it's on telling how long it took for them to send it back to the post office. The products look great look forward to doing business in the future.

  slechte communicatie, trage levering Twee weken geleden mij bestelling geplaatst, alles zou binnen 24 uur verzonden worden volgens de website maar is pas na 11 dagen thuis bezorgd. Verzending zou een week na bestellen al zijn verstuurd, achteraf blijkt dat ze vanuit Frankrijk verzenden en dat duurt ongeveer een week voor t in Nederland is. Na een week navraag gedaan over de status maar dan wordt een standaard antwoord verstuurd wat neerkomt op geduld hebben.

  I placed my order on 07/01/2018 I placed my order on 07/01/2018, and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed, but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays, but I've now tried 5 times, and the UK number says its closed, and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response, and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them, all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

  Suggestion on packaging improvement. Suggestion on packaging improvement. Communications were excellent. Shipping time was good. The quality of the item-decal set for an airliner-is very good. The decal set is very complete. The painting diagram is a plus. The set came inside a zip-lock bag. My only complaint, and why I gave only four (4) stars, is that the packaging could be improved: There is creasing damage to one part of the decals. I think this will still apply OK, but time will tell. Not trusting to only a padded envelope, but adding a piece of card stock inside the envelope, would be a way to reduce possibilities of postal services transit damages.

  Good quality but slow delivery… Excellent quality and able to buy paints from here that are unavailable elsewhere, however, if you want a quick delivery don't use ordinary post pay extra, as I have been waiting for my last model 10 days and no sign yet it has been sent out - message is that order still being processed, but they do give you an estimation on when the lanes will be sent out - assume delay is because thy are very busy.

  Nooit Meer ....shi.... Voor de eerste maal een bestelling gedaan op 04/04/2018 . Na een 8 dagen mailtje verzonden met de vraag waar mijn bestelling was. Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ???? Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay . Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen.   Not the best service experience I've had There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good, but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this, successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number, but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would.   Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

  The products arrived quickly and were… The products arrived quickly and were in good condtion, however the products arrived in a battered jiffy envelope. I wouldn't mind this if the shipping was free, however it was an extra £5.99 on top of the order cost. For that sort of money, you would expect a bit more protection. At least the products arrived in one piece.

  OK transaction I dont believe in giving negative feedback unless its really warranted. A few things slightly irked me with the transaction though, I didnt see that this was coming from outside the UK until i got to the end of the process. I had searched for UK suppliers and this site came up. Time till dispatch was pretty long and i though postage a bit high for a decal sheet. Other than that all was good - easy to find what i wanted etc

  Worst website going Worst website going, fair enough the items and stock is decent - delivery times are shocking and navigation is poor. Paid extra and been waiting near two weeks for any kind of update regarding my order. They were swift and happy enough to take the money from my bank, but not so savy to actually progress my order. When I check my current orders it says I have none - solid effort, will be demanding my money back.
