  The model was VERY reasonably priced and arrived here sooner than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again -- in fact once I finish this kit I probably WILL order another kit from them!

  Awful customer service. Purchased item only to be told a week later they didn�t have it. Said they would get me a date for arrival and never did. Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money! Update- this is to the reply of the company. That�s an absolute lie. Please do not use this company they are truly a waste of time!

  I needed parts for a diorama and 1001 Marquettes had the bits I needed. No problems with the website but unfortunately some of the parts were out of stock and I had to wait a week and a bit before they arrived. Once sent they arrived promptly in a jiffy bag which meant that the two boxes of bits were a little crushed. No damage to the contents though. Thanks I couldn't have completed my project without them!

  Voor de eerste maal een bestelling gedaan op 04/04/2018 . Na een 8 dagen mailtje verzonden met de vraag waar mijn bestelling was. Bestelling was niet voorradig was het antwoord???? waarom dit dan aanbieden ???? Op 13/04/2018 naar mondialrelay . Zonder verwittiging beslissen ze totaal zelf om leveringsadres te wijzigen. We zijn nu 19/04/2018 eindelijk bevestiging van levering??? Totaal onaanvaardbaar. Nooit nog iets bestellen. 0/10

  Ordered large number of paints as price was competitive. Shipping was a bit slow and no tracking details were sent so I could not check delivery status. Paints arrived as ordered if a little late no issue with paint quality so far and order fully filled. Would be happy to use again but only where I see price advantage.

  The products arrived quickly and were in good condtion however the products arrived in a battered jiffy envelope. I wouldn't mind this if the shipping was free however it was an extra �5.99 on top of the order cost. For that sort of money you would expect a bit more protection. At least the products arrived in one piece.

  In a world of internet companies basically selling the same products 1001 Modelkits stands out with superb customer service. Having had an order ""lost in the mail"" they very quickly responded to my email and shipped a replacement in very short order without any charges. You can't ask anymore than that.   There are a good range of kits. I went through the order process but an error occurred with validation of payment. I then had an on-line chat which was very good but didn't solve the issue. His suggestion was to create an account and try again. I did this successfully. I was then pestered with text messages about my original unvalidated order as there was no correlation between the guest order and account holder order. I was also informed I would receive a tracking number but this also never happened. The kits arrived after 1 week.

  I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully Phillip Hoglund

  I was loosing faith that I would ever find the product that I really did require .Thanks to 1001 ModelKits they came up trumps and not only had the product [ Italieri Elco Deck Crew ] but dispatched it the same day .Ok I paid a little more than I thought I would have too but I was very pleased with the all round performance of 1001 Modelkits .Now that I have found this new to me source I shall be returning in the near future.   Twee weken geleden mij bestelling geplaatst alles zou binnen 24 uur verzonden worden volgens de website maar is pas na 11 dagen thuis bezorgd. Verzending zou een week na bestellen al zijn verstuurd achteraf blijkt dat ze vanuit Frankrijk verzenden en dat duurt ongeveer een week voor t in Nederland is. Na een week navraag gedaan over de status maar dan wordt een standaard antwoord verstuurd wat neerkomt op geduld hebben.

  I placed my order on 07/01/2018 and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

  I've had a great experience with ordering my pilot's. 1/72 scale. Vietnam. They arrived and they are detail. If you have more of the ones I ordered I will be interested in purchasing. Do you happen to have other Vietnam crew pilot's and side Gunner's?. My other ? Is do you have? Or make the side guns for the side Gunner's. At 1/72 ?. And if you do! Or decide to.   Excellent quality and able to buy paints from here that are unavailable elsewhere however if you want a quick delivery don't use ordinary post pay extra as I have been waiting for my last model 10 days and no sign yet it has been sent out - message is that order still being processed but they do give you an estimation on when the lanes will be sent out - assume delay is because thy are very busy.

  Suggestion on packaging improvement. Communications were excellent. Shipping time was good. The quality of the item-decal set for an airliner-is very good. The decal set is very complete. The painting diagram is a plus. The set came inside a zip-lock bag. My only complaint and why I gave only four (4) stars is that the packaging could be improved: There is creasing damage to one part of the decals. I think this will still apply OK but time will tell. Not trusting to only a padded envelope but adding a piece of card stock inside the envelope would be a way to reduce possibilities of postal services transit damages.
