  Good price on hard to find item. I knew shipping would take a while from France however I paid for the faster DSL shipping with tracking and it still took about a month and the link to track the package never worked.

  Guys come on... I ordered. Decals just decals. And it still not has arrived. I mean come on. I ordered a resin peice from the uk about 4days ago and it�s already almost here. I ord these DECALS.   Terrible company overpriced charged surcharge for paying by paypal. As far as I can see they never dispatched the goods could not provide a tracking number and apparently couldn't refund me. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So glad I paid the surcharge.

  The model airplane was as advertised and its delivery was timely My only problem with 1001 Modelkits related to the shipping and handling charge of $26.99. I consider that charge excessive for the small lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable I would have rated my experience as five star.

  Long turnaround on getting product. I think there is a scam going on. Leave it to the dirty francois. Go figure. Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever that�s worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! That�s like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

  Very bad service from this company - Lucky I paid with PayPal and got a full refund. Items never arrived - Waited over two weeks then contacted them - Was told not to worry that the items would arrive.....Still nothing after a month. Called again and was told would take a long time for refund so told them I would go direct to PayPal.....Sounds as if they do not care.....Will not use again - Found another company Emodels of Stoke On Trent who sent what I required at a better price and within 48 hours.......

  I ordered enamel paint for my son and I ordered an item from China. My order from China arrived but I still haven't received my item from 1001 model kit. I phoned the customer service team who basically didn't care and were very rude. I will not be purchasing from them again due to me having to go out and purchase the items again for my son to finish his college project. In short poor service rude customer service and a dont care attitude. Customer service at its worst May I also add that it states a delivered from date and not a delivered by date on your website which states at the moment delivered from 26/09/18 so reply is untrue

  I ordered an item and received it damaged. Sent pictures and still have to return the item to France. No names given of who to contact only Customer Service Dept.! The item was not that much money but I did ask for a refund. The item was a vacuum formed canopy that is easily crushed and was sent in an envelope! Should have been in a box. Not a good experience.   Why does it take 10 days from the time of my order (30 July) for you to pull two small sheets of decals from your stocks put them in an envelope and mail them? Why did you not forward to me the tracking number of my order as you said you would do? Why did you omit CALIFORNIA from my address that I gave you? Why did you include my postal code mixed in with a bunch of other numbers making it very difficult to know where the package was going? This probably explains why it took another 16 days from the time you put the package in the mail to the time I received it yesterday (25 Aug)

  This was the only online hobby store where I could find HGW scale seat belts. (That's not to say there may be others.) I placed my order thinking that the store was in the United States. It was only after the three weeks it took for the items to arrive that I realized the online store is located in Europe. Otherwise a successful online purchase.

  If I could give a 2.5 I would. Ordered a vacuum form canopy and received it in a 'cushioned envelope.' As you would imagine it was damaged at some point in transit. 1001 was quick enough to dispatch another without cost to replace it. But it arrived in a cushioned envelope - damaged... If you read this 1001 use boxes even little ones to protect the product. They were quick enough with the full refund however so 'acceptable' service in that I got my money back without hassle. Thank you.

  I sent off for the Douglas Bader spitfire model it arrived today in a plain brown box which was in perfect condition ""But"" when I opened it to reveal the kit box I was not please one bit the kit box was battered infact if I had gone to a local model shop and it was the last kit in stock I would not have brought it in that condition. I will certainly not be purchasing anything from this seller again .

  Not very impressed with the shipping 1 told it was going out DHL it did not. 2 two weeks wait for shipment 3 shipment was not boxed but wrapped with thin black plastic 4 the boxes inside plastic wrap were crushed on one side and plastic wrap was torn open. This is the first time that I have had a problem hopefully the last all other orders were great.

  Couldn't find what I wanted locally the manufacturer was out of stock (for all I know they've discontinued it) this was the best priced site (including cost of delivery) I came across. That's it.

  I placed my order on 4/28/2018 Saturday and I have not received my items as of 5/22/2018. The website says it shipped my item on 5/7/2018 the following Monday. 1 whole week (5 days) and they did not ship item until the following week. not on 4/30 not on 5/15/25/3 or 5/4/2018 but the following monday 5/7/2018. The items I ordered are small and would fit in a small envelope. I don't understand why it would take so F&%$#@ long to send 2 templates. website is very deceiving with USA Contact information when they are out of Europe! First and last time I will use this site. I only wish I receive my items soon or at all.I made a huge mistake.

  Worst website going fair enough the items and stock is decent - delivery times are shocking and navigation is poor. Paid extra and been waiting near two weeks for any kind of update regarding my order. They were swift and happy enough to take the money from my bank but not so savy to actually progress my order. When I check my current orders it says I have none - solid effort will be demanding my money back.

  I dont believe in giving negative feedback unless its really warranted. A few things slightly irked me with the transaction though I didnt see that this was coming from outside the UK until i got to the end of the process. I had searched for UK suppliers and this site came up. Time till dispatch was pretty long and i though postage a bit high for a decal sheet. Other than that all was good - easy to find what i wanted etc
