It took too long to ship my order and … It took too long to ship my order and then DHL is providing a bad service, my order( a book) is still in custom now and DHL is not helpful in getting my stuff out. So this is my experience so far, as for the quality of the order, no comment yet because I have not receive it yet!

Awful service Good were only shipped after nearly 2 weeks ( despite showing as in stock ), they were only shipped after I said to cancel the order. Up until that point all I was getting told was that the goods will be sent soon. Furthermore the goods weren't sent by royal mail but by hermes , they very rarely deliver down my road. Oh and the items were left on my doorstep.

Recommend that next time when you ship decals, you should place them between 2 thin sheets of cardboard to help prevent them from bending.. Be very careful in dealing with this company. Not all of their customers love them! Ordered Nimbus 4000. Goods arrived with outer packaging undamaged but contents including polystyrene absolutely wrecked internally. Some parts were also missing. Emailed the company and tried communicating with them on their website twice and now, 7 days later, still no reply or contact from them. I am willing to find a way forward but they seem to be ignoring the situation. Perhaps a trip to their premises might persuade them to address this properly!

The detail is brilliant The detail is brilliant and instructions easy to follow, even though not in English, the scale suits an oo gauge , the downside is the wheels and track, they could be stronger and bigger. It is very fiddly to make and was made easier by having a set of tweezers of different size. Has made a very realistic looking crane to go with the model coal mine on a railway layout.

I found a hard to find decal set on … I found a hard to find decal set on your site. Reasonably priced. 4 stars due to packing. I suggest inserting a stiff piece of cardboard in envelope to help prevent creasing. It arrived quite beat up.
