  Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.

  All was good! Glad to get a hard to reach item . A little troubled w the tracking cause the item was delivered 5 days after the supposed and it was froze on trying to track the package w still in progress.. but was my sons number one bday gift.   While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

  Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name. At least it finally arrived and in time for the birthday that I bought it for.

  Cones are good quality. I am a repeat buyer. I’m in the USA shipping time has been better than expected. Shipping is a lot, however I just put in a big order because It is a flat fee for the items that I purchase and it works out well in the end on money per item. My orders have not had damage and I get what I ordered. They do a great job!

  The prices are very fair, ordering is very easy. Delivery was an issue, apparently it came to the US then was returned because my address was not “verified”…communicated with the seller, they resent the items, then I received them shortly thereafter, everything I ordered. The delivery issue was not a big deal, as the seller’s communication was good. Would buy from them again and would recommend to others.

  I was overall very pleased with the shopping experience. The website was easy to navigate and all the information I needed to find and purchase the gift I was looking for was readily available. The price was very fair and 1001hobbies provided great service in terms of sending alerts on the process of filling and shipping my order, all the way through delivery to my door. The one issue that could and should be improved is packaging for shipping. The corrugated cardboard carton used was particularly light and not very stiff. One side got partly crunched durung transit. And, there wasn’t much protective wrapping inside either - just a bit of folded paper that didn’t fill the space or provide any cushion for the item. So the kit’s box itself was a little bent and creased when it arrived, from the damage to the outer carton. It really could have been better wrapped usung bubblewrap or air pillow packs, especially given how thin the outer shipping carton was.

  My order arrived on time and was what I ordered. The one problem I see is for international shipment, the French postal tracking number isn't helpful at all. I've ordered products from China, Ukraine and South Korea, and the tracking numbers eventually give the expected delivery for the US. Mine came on time, but if it were delayed you certainly would want to know where the last entry in the system was made.

  I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated by 1001 Hobbies. When I was at their site I had intended to order some decals, but when I got to the point where I learned the shipping cost, I felt that it was way too much. So I didn't complete the order. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. 1001 Hobbies were aware that I didn't complete the order because they emailed me to ask why. I told them. Then they charged me US$71. and shipped it anyway. When I complained to Pay Pal and to 1001 Hobbies, 1001 Hobbies said they'll refund my money WHEN THEY GET THE STUFF BACK. So I now have to pay to ship it back, when I didn't want it in the first place. It hasn't arrived yet, but will be mailed back as soon as it's received. will never order from them again, ever.

  Ordering was easy, ship time was pretty good. The tracking number I was given was useless until the order arrived in New York, but that was not 1001Hobbies fault. All in all a good experience. I will order from them again.
