Verified reviewProduct said it fit my model civic but didn’t fit. Very disappointing . If you line up the lip on the passenger side and walk around to the drivers side the lip is about an inch to short .

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I reviewed the order and checked our emails and did not see you contacting us regarding this. Note that we do provide tracking numbers on all orders so it is easy for you to keep an eye on what is happening with anything you order from us. We use premium shipping options and we fully cover packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In this particular case, it appears there was some internal issue on UPS's end that was out of our control. Per what their notes say, there was a service disruption and they simply returned your package to us. We have seen this sort of issue before, but it is quite rare. I do apologize this occurred. Again, please understand this was entirely out of our control, and we'll make sure this gets resolved as soon as possible (either a full refund or reshipment at no cost).
