Verified reviewI ordered a clutch cylinder kit as well as a hydraulic line. Customer service called me to confirm that the kit already comes with a steel braided line and the additional line isn't required as the line in the kit is proprietary to the kit. They updated my order and saved me some money. Great service and quick shipping. Very satisfied!

Verified reviewI wanted to wait to write my review until I received all of the parts I purchased from this site, but now that they've arrived (all in one piece by the way), I can confidently say that ProCivic is more than trustworthy for your hard-earned money to spend on project car parts. As a newbie in the whole car scene with building and being a first-time purchaser, their customer service helped me out a bunch in understanding what their process was in managing the transaction and shipping. HUGE shoutout to Anthony who reached out to me about my purchase and Oscar for walking me through things on the phone. I was scared about purchasing parts from many places other than big companies (which didn't end up having the parts I wanted), but I'm stoked and relieved to have went with this company. I will be purchasing more parts for my 8th Gen again in the near future, but for those who read these reviews due to being wary of being scammed, I hope this helps wipe away the doubts.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I did look through your order and emails and wish to clarify on a few things. The items ordered are listed the same as the manufacturer states; working on the stock components or similar. As such, they should have worked properly, like previous orders that have come through with a similar combination. We have sold this combination for years and have confirmed it to work. Unfortunately, it does appear that some sort issue did appear in your purchase. As soon as we were made aware of this from you, we began to work on getting this resolved. Since this was a possible defect from the factory, the item had to be returned to the manufacturer for not only credit, but inspection and possible replacement. Within that same week that the issue was reported and began processing, we provided a means of returning it and began the overall warranty process. Since this was potentially a defect, it had to go back directly to the manufacture for inspection. However, we do understand that manufacturers can take some time to complete their inspections and Competition took much longer than normal in this case. We kept you informed as we continued to press them on this issue and ensured that you received the credit as soon as they applied it. We wish to stress that we make sure to get things processed as quickly as possible. Since many of these parts are covered under a manufacturer warranty, we do have to follow the manufacturer guidelines and procedures to not only ensure the warranties are retained, but to also ensure we maintain a good relationship with them and provide the best possible prices and service for our customers.
