Cristian, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We do wish to clarify on a few things. As was mentioned when the order was initially placed, the hoods do take roughly 2 weeks to ship out. This was communicated to you on 10/31, the same day the order was placed. We let you know that we will schedule you to be updated by 11/14 at the latest if you do not hear from us sooner. As of right now, the estimate we provided you is still accurate and we are due to update you by the date provided. We understand that this wait time can be frustrating, but we always ensure to communicate these time frames to our customers and ensure they are properly updated. Verified reviewNavigation of the site is simple, and easy. Love the variety of products, always well made too. Customer service is always very helpful, and responds in a timely manner. Only thing that was disappointing is some of the products not being available, and not being known when they’d be available again. Makes me sad to think potentially not being to get specific pieces, but besides that, ProCarStudio is a good site, with good products, and good customer service.

Verified reviewThe fit is almost perfect. The only (small) issue is the eyebrows don’t seem to want to stay all the way clicked into the grille. They might stay now, but I’ve had to push them in a couple times since I initially installed it.

Verified reviewMy factory grill cracked so I decided to go with an aftermarket one. The bottom grill in my car is already a honeycomb design so I figured this one would compliment it perfectly. The grill got here quickly and matched up perfectly. Had no issues installing it and it looks great. Very happy with it!
