MZ, Thank you for providing us with feedback, we appreciate it! I do wish to specify that the item you ordered, does have the option for expedited shipping. During checkout, you could select ground or expedited. Some free shipping items on our site will not have this option as it is locked to ground only, but the option you selected definitely had the option for faster shipping. I also do wish to clarify that the order was placed on Saturday, 5/24 when we are closed. Since we are closed over the weekend, the order only began to process through on Monday, 5/26 when we opened for the week. The order was processed through the same day and tracking was provided the next day, 5/27. Per what the tracking shows, it was delivered on 5/31, which is within the 4 day transit time we provide. Though we understand that delivery times can vary, faster options are generally available and can be selected on our site. If you are unsure or want to confirm if there is a faster option, you are always welcomed to contact us to confirm as well.
