Franklin, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. The reason there was initially a billing hold, was due to some mismatched or incorrect information that was provided. That was able to be cleared out without issues. The parts did ship directly from the manufacturer as we are direct dealer for these parts. Though missing parts are rare, they can still occur as they are assembled and packaged by hand. When you initially contacted us regarding this, we were closed for 4th of July. You also attempted to contact us over the weekend when we are closed as well. Our main offices are open from Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm California time. I can see that our team has already replied to you and provided info on how to get the missing components. We understand that missing or damaged parts can be frustrating, but we make sure to handle and provide info on what can be done during our business hours.
