Verified reviewDid not have the part listed on their website after the order went through. Called them and the attendant was rude. Was charged for the part even though they didn't have it and the warehouse couldn't get it. It took much longer than expected to finally get my funds refunded.

We are never rude to customers here. We are always happy to help. My apologies if something was taken the wrong way. I see the item was on a backorder and we notified you on it same day. When you let us know you wanted to cancel it we refunded the same day as well that we talked to you. Sometimes depending on you bank it can take just a few days for you to see it. Sorry again for any misunderstanding. Thanks!

Really sorry, I think it was most likely a misunderstanding. I see notes on the order where he had checked with 3 different suppliers trying to source for you with no luck. All the guys here always try their best. Again, my apologies. It was not intentional.

Verified reviewBetween my Dad & I, we've had over 15 flat-fender jeeps pass through our hands since I was a kid. (3 GPWs, multiple CJ2As, 3A, 3B, & M38) I remember decades ago watching Dad scour the swap meets, work the phones, & use a magnifying glass to read the fine print in outdated parts catalogues to find the parts we needed. He was understandably blown away at the selection of parts available through the Kaiser Willys catalogue, even more so when I showed him the website. I inherited Dad's M38 last year & have since kicked my 3A restoration project into high gear. KW is my go-to for nearly every part I've needed for my project & to keep Dad's M38 on the road. No matter how obscure, it seems like they nearly always have what I'm looking for. Shipping is fast, customer service is excellent, & the products are largely top-notch. Very seldom had any issue, but when I have, they're quick to address it. I'd never have the time Dad had to devote to searching for parts, so I'm incredibly happy to have KW as a resource. Thanks to KW, I have a real chance of passing along the love for these old flatties to my kids!

Verified reviewI'm kind of new to Willys jeeps. I just started about a year ago, and have since acquired two. It's nice to have a place to be able to get a part without having to search high and low. So far anything I've needed for my Jeeps, has been no problem to get with Kaiser Willys.
