Verified reviewGreat customer service! I recently ordered some stock shocks for my M38. The front shocks didn't fit, so I contacted Kaiser Willys. They solved the issue, shipped me a new pair of shocks at no cost, and a label to return the ones that didn't fit. And to be clear, none of this was their fault - on these old vehicles, it's common to have challenges getting the right fit. Great job!

Verified reviewThey have good products, good prices, and give great advice and tech info. I didn't learn they were out of one part included with my order 5/29 until the order arrived and the order sheet was stamped saying something like incomplete order and they'd send it when they got it. I paid for it when they took the order. It's now 6/18 and I still haven't heard anything about the missing part. Except for that, they are 5 stars.

Verified reviewMike recommend the radiator I needed for my 46 CJ2A. I do not have a stock Jeep so the aluminum radiator he recommended fit perfect. Jeep is running 160 to 170 most of the time. I live at 6500 feet in the Colorado high desert where temperatures reach about 90 degrees at times. This Jeep is a daily driver with numerous parts from Kaiser Willys. I have received excellent help with getting this Jeep running and stay running smoothly from Kaiser Willys. They are my go-to source for support and parts. Thanks Mike and staff at KW.
