Service is great, ask a question or need information and they get back to you quickly. Rarely are parts out of stock and they let you know when they expect them to be back in stock. Verified reviewItems arrived on time but one item was missing in the order. I called on July 3rd and left a message about the missing item. Being a holiday weekend I was not concerned. I didnt get a return call or email on July 8th or 9th so I called and was told he would take care of it and he did it. My missing part is on it way as we speak. Thank You

Verified reviewI have no issues with Kaiser Willys, communication is good and the quality of the goods they sell is good, informative videos on Utube. Unfortunately where it all falls down is the cost of postage. I live in the UK and getting parts for Willys Jeeps can be very difficult if not impossible depending on what you are looking for. Kaiser Willys is the place that holds all the part you could want until it come to the postage. so if you purchase an item for the equivalent of £50 than the cost of postage will be double to treble that £100/£150 which is ridiculous. I know Kaiser Willys don't control the postal service but the postage just kills everything.
