Hey James, thank you for the feedback. It looks UPS damaged one of the boxes that we sent. You called us and we reshipped the damaged gallons of paint to you early August. Verified reviewOverall, very good. I've only had one issue on one order and it cost me a little extra money but other than that all good. They have nearly always done an excellent job of getting the order, getting it out and getting it right. A couple of time there were backorders or shipments were split up or delayed, but that just happens.
