Verified reviewCustomer service is excellent, parts are shipped out promptly, returns are handled easily, my only negative issue is that bagged parts are not always labeled with part numbers, making it harder to sort out when the box contains multiple hardware kits. Other than that one minor issue, K-W is an excellent shop to do business with and I will certainly buy from them again.
