Verified reviewHappy with all the products I've received. I did have an issue with an overdrive I purchased that said it would ship in a certain time, and I had to keep calling to see when it would ship when it did not come as advertised.

We have a note online on the item itself and at checkout that they take approx 6-8 weeks from time of order. Looks like yours shipped out right at the 8-week mark or just a hair past it. Verified reviewThe site is very well organized and easy to navigate. And if you do have a question the phone number is plastered all over the site making it very easy to find the number. I know this will sound like a surprise but you actually get to speak to a human! And not just some paid human to answer the phone but a human the understands the product they sell!! Amaze site and the customer service is over the top!!

Verified reviewThe part (floor board to steering shaft rubber seal) was of good quality and as described. I should have confirmed the outside diameter of the seal. It was much smaller than the opening it was ordered for; 1974 CJ-5. The OEM part is no longer made. Communication with Mike at Kaiser-Willys, via email, was very prompt. I will order from Kaiser-Willys again.

Verified reviewKaiser Willys has the most knowledge about my 1944 GPW that I have ever run across except for the mechanics that I served with when I was a Seabee in the early 70's. We still used the Willy L134 engines in all our compressors, generators, and welders.

Verified reviewI’ve called several times and was told the windshield glass I ordered was being cut and boxed. Both time told the same thing one week apart and still no confirmation or tracking info. Also, never received my weatherseals even though tracking said it was shipped.

We have a note online that glass takes about 2-3 weeks from time of order. The glass weather seal was shipped out to you and FEDEX emailed you your tracking number. Maybe it went to your spam folder and got auto deleted. We are always happy to help out if you ever have a question. All you have to do is reach out to us. We will call and email you today on the glass to check on it. Hopefully you'll reconsider your review. We work hard for our reviews adn they matter to us. Customer service is number one here.
