Verified reviewI placed a large order from them mostly because they said everything I needed was in stock. They emailed me almost a week later saying items I ordered were not in stock. It would be several weeks before they could update me. This is not the first time this has happened with them. Pretty sorry business habits.

I'm really sorry that you had this issue with your last order. I see that you placed the order online and that you were informed the same day that the top bows were on back order. With over 8K parts offered, there will be times where items will be out of stock unfortunately. We communicated this as best we could. I know it can be frustrating when items are not available and hopefully this is not holding up a project as that is the last thing we want. Order was placed on the 31 of Jan You didn’t email me until the 5th of February. No “out of stock” notification was on the item on the website.
