Email updates could improve. However whenever I’ve called I spoke with Mike he kept me up to date. Very knowledgeable individual. Asset to your crew. The email thing won’t stop me from buying parts at Kaiser Willys.

Verified reviewWanted to swap the aftermarket steering wheel in the '75 CJ5 back to original. Their website is easy to navigate, but I wasn't sure exactly which steering wheel and kit I needed. Called them, they gave me the correct part numbers right away, and I completed my order online. The new steering wheel and kit arrived within 2-3 days and was exactly as described. I easily worked out a small fitment issue (which can be expected between a fifty-year old project vehicle and a new, factory spec part). The new steering wheel looks and steers great!

Paperwork sent in first part of order does not mention anything about the transmission part being backordered or when I may expect it to arrive. Had I known shipping would take this long I would have ordered elsewhere.

I have noted on previous orders which are shipped incomplete, that information helpful to the customer is missing from the paperwork sent along with the first part of the order. If information was shared with the customer regarding backordered items or items shipped from another location it would be helpful. I'd waste less of my time trying to figure out what happened, and waste less of your staff's time having to answer my questions about my order status.
