Verified reviewShipping was very unorganized and packages were not secure. I was shipped someone else's parts along with missing some of my own parts. One of my parts was missing a piece's. Customer service was excellent shipping was not.

Verified reviewFedEx was the shipper used to deliver my order. After waiting longer than average my delivery was nowhere to be found. I contacted Kaiser Willys asking for the tracking number and the quickly responded. According to FedEx it was delivered three days ago. I have 7 security cameras and no FedEx truck ever arrived. Their proof of delivery was a picture of my closed mailbox a 1/4 mile from my home. This box gets checked daily and no package was present. Contacted Kaiser Willys and spoke to Mark who listened to what happened and promptly shipped a replacement order. I purchased many parts for my M38A1 over the last 3 years and very satisfied with their customer service.
