Verified reviewI am still waiting on this order from Kaiser Willys, this has nothing to do really with customer service but more of a shipping issue, I am quite surprised that a pack of shims that could come USPS in an envelope are still not delivered to me yet and it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered them. I think items come faster when you call in an order instead of using online ordering

Verified reviewI ordered a pickup bed kit and various other parts the pallet was 4" short on both ends steel hanging out on both ends and some pieces got bent for a $7000 dollar I would think it could have been packed and protected.i will be calling for a reimbursment of a sort

For kaiser willys to pay for return shipping and then send me back a side panel I should be at least be reimburst for the bent side panel after all i did not order a bent panel along with minor damage to several other pieces thanks

Verified reviewUpon ordering parts during a holiday special, I emailed to request the 10% discount, as I saw no box to enter the discount code when I finished the online purchase. I never got a response and ended up paying full price. The parts are of quality.
