I'm very sorry for the delay of our catalogs. The printer company, who we've used for over a decade, had a press get damage which in turn pushed the arrival of our catalog by a month and a half as we typically have them available early January every year. I'm sure we went over this each time you've asked. Good news, they are finally available and we're so very sorry for they delay. I received the label and returned the item and my credit card was credited a few days later. I’m very impressed with this company because I thought this would be a forever thing to return the item.

Verified reviewI placed my order on Feb 6, 2026 paid by credit card in full. I have sent an email and the reply was bad weather has delayed shipping. A week later I contacted Mike by phone and he said he called the warehouse and there would be an email to try to speed up shipping.He said the warehouse is behind due to inventory. 2 people with different reasons for the delay. 16 days and my item is still not shipped. I'm irritated! A great price is the only reason I haven't requested a refund YET. Fast shipping, price and mass selection are reasons I chose your company for the rebuild of my CJ7. Rethinking my choice.
