Verified reviewProducts are good, customer service very poor. Main item I ordered wasn't in not on the invoice nor in the box. The next day I had to call and find out it was backordered and wouldn't be in stock for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later, no word on shipping date. I sent an email canceling the order (bought else ware) asked for a refund or credit, 3 weeks later still no word on what is happening. No part and no money.

Verified reviewOrdered a manual for a 67 cj5 came in a timely manner! Only issues is pages starts to come off the backing as I turned the pages! That’s why the 4 star review other than that the service was good!
