Verified reviewI ordered a set of bearings and races for the steering box on my CJ2A. Unfortunately they were mis-manufactured and oversized beyond limits. I emailed Mike on a Sunday and he emailed back same day and said call him. Called Monday morning and got him on the phone right away, no long wait. I described the problem and he immediately offered and sent a replacement set. Those worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and availability. They back their products 100%. I'd give them a 10 but the stars only go to 5.

Verified reviewOrdered paint for a WW-2 MB for a touch up. Paint arrived promptly; however, the spray nozzle was clogged and not really usable even after attempted cleaning. Suggest Kaiser check the rattle cans before shipping as the paint is rather pricy.

Verified reviewOverall I will say they are pretty darn reliable and you can count on them to deliver decent parts at decent prices. Shipping is usually decent, especially to Alaska. The folks are quite helpful and they do communicate. With quite a few in this segment, you have a lot of choices and much will depend on a combo of all the above.
