  Your shipping out time is way too long. Waiting 5 days to process an order is terrible. Then it takes another 3 days to get it shipped. Thats a total of 8 days waiting time. Unacceptable.

  I literally had to disassemble the garment and put the drawstring in the right place so it was possible to tie it in some kind of reasonable fashion. I should not have to disassemble and hand-sew a garment that I paid good money for. Do your sewing/quality control folks not check functionality before sewing/selling/shipping? Please reimburse me for this item as it was not as it was presented.

  I ordered two DIFFERENT items. When my items arrived it was two of the SAME items. They expedited.to pick up the wrong item, and took over a week to deliver the correct item. I informed them that this item needs to be EXPEDITED. I was very disappointed that they took so long, after I told them to rush item. This was my first time using direct textile. I will give them ONE more try.

  I already wrote this company with high compliments about a blanket I could not find anywhere else, that my regular shopping could not produce this blanket, and that to my surprise I found it under a linen supply company post. It really is the perfect white cotton hospital blanket.

  The website stated that I was ordering a bundle of 12 towels. I paid $18 shipping on top of the cost of the towels. I received ONE towel. I had to call 3 times to find out where the rest of the towels were. They originally told me that the remainder would be sent to me. But a week later, no towels. Then I finally spoke to a manager (I had to INSIST to talk to someone higher up). She told me that their website had a mistake and the price was wrong for 12 towels and that I had only paid for one, so that's all they sent me. Even though they charged shipping for 12 towels. I NEVER would have paid $18 for shipping for one towel. And one towel does me no good. She refused to refund any of the money and refused to send me the remaining 11 towels. Even though she was the first to admit that the mistake was on their end - their website was incorrect.

  The products themselves are what they are... but I think the shipping end of your organization has been slipping. You also need to figure out how to make it apparent when ordering that a product is out of stock. Finding out your order is out of stock a week or more later is very frustrating. In addition, your shipping costs are very high. I have been able to find the same product in many cases on Amazon with little or no shipping.

  Our women's club Ladies of the Lakes ordered 60 aprons to use at our sponsored events. The 3 pockets have been a life saver for phones, money and car keys. We just had are annual boutique with 55 vendors the ladies really appreciated the aprons . The fit was adjustable for any body shape with adjustable neck bands and longer ties. Thanks again for the great service.

  The towels I received had rust all over them. I contacted Direct Textile via email and sent pictures for proof and I have heard nothing from this company. I do not recommend ordering from these people.

The stains are most likely a superficial iron build-up that occurs from heat while product is being stored. They can be easily removed from the product by spraying Oxiclean or a mixture consisting of 50% bleach/50% water, directly on the spot.   Too slow to get back with stock availability from warehouse. Slow with getting back on returns. Just an example: today is Friday. I inquired about instructions for a return last Friday. Followed instructions. Should have gotten return instructions within 3 business days and I still don't have that a week later. Unacceptable. On my first order I was told the item was available and about a week later I received an email saying they were out of stock and order would be delayed. Asking if I was willing to wait or cancel the order.

  I ordered something that was "made to order," but when I tried to return it, I discovered that I was unable to return "made to order" products which I would only have known had I linked to the Return Policy page, and the link was at the very bottom of the website. Sneaky and unfriendly.
