Verified reviewWe placed this order on May 2, 2022. At the time of purchase, it was expected to ship out mid July. I didn't get a confirmation email for shipping until August 2, 2022. I called several times to get an update on the order and CSH just kept saying that they were waiting on a part to finish the manufacturing of it. Also around the end of July, I tried to pull that motor up on the CSH website and it said they no longer sell them, so I was afraid that my order would be booted out.

Verified reviewThe product was not as advertised. I received a regular motor, not a capacitor start motor. The image and description on the website was wrong. I was required to pay the $35 shipping cost even though it was not my error.

May I ask if you tried to reach out to us? We take pride in our excellent customer service and attention to any type of issue a buyer is having. Perhaps our warehouse made an error and shipped an incorrect motor?

I spoke with a very polite customer service agent who provided me with a return shipping label. She informed me that the restocking fee would be waived, but I would not be refunded the original shipping charge. She also stated that the website image and description were wrong and that the company would not provide me with the product as originally described.
