Verified reviewI couldn’t be happier with the purchase. My furnace went down Friday night. I found the part I needed on their website and they were the cheapest I found as well. I decided to wait until Monday morning to call and order because I didn’t know which shipping option would be best to get it to me before the winter storm arrived Thursday. She advised that regular UPS ground should get the part to me by Wednesday and it absolutely did so she saved me from wasting money on expedited shipping. The part arrived and an hour later my furnace was back up and running. Very friendly and courteous customer service and prompt order processing and delivery. Very satisfied customer!
