Verified reviewExcellent, after a bad experience with an Amazon seller who said he had this inducer in stock and then three days later, offered to look for it for $50 more dollars, luckily, I found CSH and my part delivered on time as promised. My wife is happy because the furnace was fixed in time for Christmas. Excellent support from CSH customer service (Debbie? in Tennessee) who verified stock before I placed my order.

Verified reviewThis company surpassed my expectations by a large margin. Firstly, I purchased a difficult-to-find motor the Monday after Christmas when they were rightfully closed. I paid for USPS Priority as I needed the motor quickly. I wasn't convinced they had it in stock and conversed with them via their text system on the following day. The personal response was reassuring and they actually SHIPPED it that same day, (the Tuesday after their closure). I didn't expect that. The motor arrived quickly and thankfully was a "shoe-in." I was up and running in no time. KUDOS to this company for doing it all right, and FIVE EASY STARS for EXCELLENT customer service. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat.
