What was missing was not functional Follow up of the order - last info was second step .. goods pick up - no Transit, no Delivering. At 2 PM driver was front of our house, luckily I was at home. What if I wouldnt be home??

Spontaneous reviewBefore ordering I contacted Capital Auto to determine shipping time as the part was needed ASAP. I was told "4-10 days for the warehouse/1-4 days for shipping. Using the average's, I of course was looking to have the item within 10 days. I ordered the item 18 Sept 25. Eleven days later I'd heard nothing so I contacted them. A response was quick to come advising that the item should arrive "their" location in 2 more days... and it did. That was 13 days for the warehouse. Item was shipped out to me that same day; and arrived my door 06 Oct 25. From order to arrival was 21 days, even using the extreme dates I was advised of, it was still 50% longer. I was disappointed.
