Spontaneous reviewI ordered tires that it states they have them in stock took my money and then switched them to a different size somehow and when I sent a note stating that was not the size I ordered I did manage to stop that from shipping but I didn't get my money back and they still have it on there website , advertised that the tires I want are still available as of July 10/2025. I have never seen such a scam as take your money for something they don't have and say I'm not getting my money back. TDot Performance is an honourable business that doesn't keep ppl money if they don't have the stock when ordering online

Spontaneous reviewI received the part that I ordered but have not installed it yet. The customer service I received was prompt and polite. I would have preferred to have the extra shipping cost calculated at the time of purchase. The shipping company started good but quickly fell apart. The tracking did not work at all. Fortunately one of the shipping company's best employees, Lori Ann, knew exactly how to do her job and saved the day. Koodos to her. All is well that ends well. I would still recommend Capital Auto Parts. I gave only 4 stars due to the shipping issues. All ended well to date.

From being way up Northern Quebec I need my tires either the same day or next morning for pick-up, other places were giving me delivery dates in 2-3days. My shipment, however, experienced severe delays due to issues with the manufacture. Because of that, the shipment took several weeks longer to arrive. Where Capital shone was in their customer service throughout the shipping delays. I always felt heard and cared for, never passed over or forgotten. Capital stepped up to the plate and did what they could to make it right. Listen, not every purchase or shipment goes exactly to plan, that’s ok, the thing that sets one company over another is how they respond when things don’t go to plan. Capital rose to the occasion and resolved the issue very well. You can purchase these products almost anywhere…choose to make a purchase with a company that will treat you like a person when things don’t go to plan…choose Capital.
