  Second time I’ve bought something from Willoughby's. Both times I’ve been very happy with the whole process. On the most recent order, the communication from them was excellent.   Unfortunately the unit was not useable as it was broken. I contacted customer services and although I couldn’t get another in the time frame they collected and then re delivered another higher quality unit at no extra cost.
