  The level of communication all through the process from order placed to delivery received has been first class. The lens is super fast , super smooth and super sharp! I love love love it!   Took a little longer than the average time to get my new Nikon Z50 camera, but I was kept informed every step of the way and when it was ready for delivery, it was delivered the very next day.   Nikon D780 camera & a 24-120mm f/4 lens This is my 2nd camera from Willoughby's camera, and the previous camera is still working well after 5 years.   Website made it easy to order my Canon EOS R5 camera - great info, selection etc. the camera was dispatched well within agreed time frame. Had issues with delivery from FedEx and Willoughby's went to great lengths to chase the order for me, they even rescheduled the delivery for free and refunded me for my initial delivery without having to push for it. Over all great purchasing experience, would recommend.

  Fantastic value - ordering couldn't have been easier. The ordering process couldn't have been easier. I chose to ring and discuss my requirements and I was helped through the spec appropriate for me. Once ordered I was kept updated of progress from shipping to delivery. All went as planned. The lens performs extremely well and is fantastic value for money and I was very impressed with the company's overall service.

  Communication from the company was excellent. I received regular updates on the processing and shipping of my Nikon D3500, which helped alleviate any concerns I had about the delivery timeline. As for the quality of the camera itself, I am thoroughly impressed. The camera exceeds my expectations in terms of performance, design, and build quality.   I bought a used Lensbaby Velvet 85mm f/1.8 lens. Price was very reasonable and shipment very quick. The photo quality is very sharp, the color is great. I am very happy with the functionality of the lens and will continue to use willoughbys.com for all my Photo equipment needs in the future.
