  I ordered the item online, they confirmed the order immediately, they notified me the item had been shipped and hour and 20 minutes later and I received the item the next day (although I only live 60 miles from them).   I ordered two risers and my fault they won’t work on my septic. I contacted wholesaleseptic and was told I could send back and pay 25% restocking fee. And on my own to ship back UPS $300 shipping fee. So now I’m stuck with two plastic green planters. Won’t recommend wholesale septic to anyone.

  I was pleased to receive my order in two days. The item was packaged well and came with everything needed for installation (hose clamps, angle adapter, etc.). The septic aerator Is working well, and it does not appear to be a rebuild, of which I fell victim to in my previous aerator online purchase.
